Overall it was good
Pros:

Location was not too bad as it was walking distance to the north Ryde train station which lead us to Chatswood to get some food. There wasn’t any restaurant close by to get meals. The staff of phenomenal especially they when above and beyond to try to get us check in early as we were there early.

Cons:

Property was overall clean but could be cleaner as the bathroom grouts had mold and even the sink taps didn’t look it was clean for a long time. Cutlery and kettle could be cleaner. Maybe kettle can be descale every now and then.

Facilities = good. Staff = helpful. Room/s (incl. upgrade) = nice, .

Cons:

Broken bathroom basin plug in first room & leaky bedroom aircon. (on last night) in the second. Level 4 corridor & lift lobby(ie. our floor) in state of disrepair due to a prior equipment malfunction.
