Oaks North Ryde - Deluxe Room
Pros:

Well appointed. Good paid parking. Quiet deluxe rooms. 24H reception. Friendly helpful staff. Great kitchenette. Spacious.

Cons:

No dishcloth provided. No bathmat provided. Bed not soft enough. Could have had a little dining table given the room's space.

Big rooms, but alot of negatives unfortunately.
Pros:

Large room with enough beds and bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Rooms quite dirty, dust in all the corners of floors, cupboard doors had marks all over from hand prints or food. Pool and spa facilities out of order. Pest control spraying happening while there. One television not working. Large wasp in our room. Was sad to have this experience when you pay the amount you do. Also parking quite expensive, I believe should be included with stay.

Pros:

It’s a good location, only a couple of stops on the metro to get into the city. Not a lot going on near by! Good coffee shop nearby.

Cons:

It felt dated. Also opening the bar for a couple of hours on the evening would have been great.

Great value for money, super comfortable, clean and spacious.
Pros:

The friendly girl on the desk when I arrived and the room was so lovely. I actually cancelled another hotel and rebooked with the Oaks for the 29th March because it was so nice (my kids have a swimming carnival).

Cheap accomo, place wasnt cleaned properly. Barley anything worked get what you pay for I guess

Lots of appliances in the room. (A shame half of em didn't work or were dirty

Cons:

Was not the cleanliest had lots of random crumbs stains on bed, shower was not clean what so ever.
Lots of appliances but half of em didn't work most noted the aircon in the heat
