Le lit est douillet. Il y a 3 stationnement. L'hotel est situé bien près des commodités.

The location was great.

Cons:

The room's layout seems very crowded. Thankfully, we didn't have anyone right beside us, but I felt like I could easily knock on the next-door neighbour’s door by accident when I was getting into my room with my children. It was too close right next to each other.

One of the worst hospitality experiences ever — rude staff, poor cleanliness, and nothing close to a 3-star hotel. This
Pros:

This is by far the worst property we have ever visited in our lifetime. The condition of the place was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was expected. Poorly maintained, unpleasant atmosphere, and absolutely not worth the price being asked.

It was a total waste of time visiting this property. We would strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice before even scheduling a viewing. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

Cons:

This is by far the worst property we have ever visited in our lifetime. We booked this place because it was listed as a 3-star property, but nothing about it is maintained like a 3-star hotel.

The place is very poorly managed and extremely unclean. As soon as we entered the property, there was vomit right at the entrance door, which immediately showed the level of maintenance and hygiene.

The front desk agent, Rodney, was completely unwelcoming and extremely rude. We even saw him being very disrespectful to a lady who was checking in, making a comment like “this is what you get for what you pay.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable in hospitality.

The rooms smelled strongly of smoke, and the whole setup made no sense — you check in at one hotel, stay in another building, and park somewhere else entirely. The whole situation was poorly organized and very frustrating.

Overall, it was a complete disaster and a total mess. The experience was so bad that we had to book a different hotel the same night. I would strongly advise people to avoid this property.
