Good location but the whole property needs a serious cleanup and refresh.

Cleanliness. This property is as per 1980’s standards. It needs a serious refresh, especially the carpets, the bathroom, the hallways and the lobby.

Pros:

Le parking, la proximité avec le centre accessible à pied en 15 min, la proximité avec le musée de l’histoire du Canada, nous étions de passage à Ottawa pour une nuit et quelques heures pour voir la ville, c’était plutôt facile de l’hôtel.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

We liked the view from the balcony.

Cons:

It took them until the next day to figure out that the TV remote was shot, and we needed a new one. The balcony table and second chair arrived the next day, which was fine!

J’ai rien aimer sincèrement , la chambre était sale. Les photos qu’ont m’avait présenter lors de ma réservation n’étais pas cela du tout. Il avait également des insectes d’humidité présent dans la chambre. Le tapis étais sale et tacher. Chambre très sombre et vu pas agréable.

Nice rooms, has a nice park across the street on the river. Plenty of restaurants and bars pretty close by.

Cons:

The breakfast.... didn't see an option when booking for breakfast, so we didn't get it free. Had to pay for a buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes... and it was horrible. I could only eat a few bites and tossed it. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Great experience. Friendly and reapectful staff. The balcony with outdoor chairs were superb. Great city view from the balcony.
The room is clean with very soft bed and pillows.
