Pas la même chambre que j'ai réservée
Pas le même prix: sur booking c 127$. A mon arrivée on m'a demandé 184$ et lors de check-in on m'a demandé 216$.
Après plusieurs explications et justifications pour en arriver à me rembourser et à garder le prix de 184$.
Mais franchement ça ne mérite pas ce prix .

Chambre très simple pour le prix de 200$
Sachant que j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour 1 seule raison qui est la piscine

Déjeuner je ne sais pas pas pris mais sur image avait l’air bon

Cons:

Everything was too bad , i went there with my family when i entered in hotel there was coming garbage smell😡. Also when we entered in room there was poo smells , dirty rug and so many insects 🕷️. We just stopped there 1 hour and rashes started on face and body of my kids than i informed to reception, i said we can’t live here please refund us but they said we don’t know about that , manager not available now , manager will take decision for refund but unfortunately i didn’t get my refund.

Propre. Tranquille. Belle vue sur Ottawa. Facile de se rendre à pieds à Ottawa et musée de l’histoire à Gatineau à pieds

Cons:

Ils ont pris une deuxième carte de crédit et repris un 2e paiement alors que déjà payé sur Booking.com avec paypal… donc processus à faire pour ne pas être double chargé. Entendu même histoire au téléphone lors de mon check-in

les parties communes pas propres et vieillotte.

Even though it’s listed as a 4-star property, it is worse than some of 3-stars. The carpet outside the bathroom was wet, when called reception, we were informed they would send someone to look at it, however nobody really turned up. Staff at the check-in seemed indifferent.
