Péssima não retorno mais para esse hotel. Já fui na outra rede em outro bairro e foi bem melhor.

A piscina estava suja e o hotel estava parecendo abandonado.
Foi um dia de chuva e tinha mais água dentro do que fora, tinha baratas no quarto, ar condicionado não pegava direito e quando pedi para trocar de quanto disse que não tinha disponibilidade.

Hospedagem bem ruim
Pros:

Apenas da localização, tendo em vista que precisava estar no Centro de Convenções diariamente.

Cons:

Estrutura geral precária. Hotel mal cuidado e sem manutenção. Limpeza péssima, tinha baratas (inclusive eu matei uma no corredor e uma no espelho do banheiro). Não limparam o chão do quarto durante os dias em que estivemos. Tínhamos que pedir até papel higiênico porque não eram disponibilizados quando supostamente ocorria serviço de limpeza. Não trocaram toalhas e quando pedimos houve resistência pra troca. Durante o café esperávamos mais de 10 minutos pra conseguir pratos e talheres. Café repetitivo. Hotel muito barulhento. A porta parecia que tinha sido arrombada. Alguns funcionários com mau humor que dava medo até de dar bom dia, quem dirá pedir algo. A porta do banheiro tinha um abertura embaixo, limitando a privacidade (estava com equipe de trabalho). A água do banheiro não escorria pro ralo e se acumulava. Tinha um homem da limpeza que foi bem gentil. Nos dias de chuva, o telhado fazia tanto barulho que dava medo, como se estivesse solto. Tinha uma goteira na porta do nosso quarto. Uma das camas (tinha 3), era tão antiga que tinha a forma de um corpo, afundado, sem nenhum conforto! Forro do teto afundado, e parecia que ia cair. Apenas uma tomada disponível.
