Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, proche de la gare, du vieux quartier et de la Grand'Place. Accueil très chaleureux et la chambre était très bien, propre, literie super.

Cons:

Un peu compliqué de trouver l'emplacement du parking.

Emplacement, personnel du soir très poli, belle décoration, literie très confortable

Cons:

La sonorisation des chambres est à revoir car la chambre a côté avait mis en route le lave-vaisselle la nuit très dérangeant

emplacement, personnel aimable mais malheureusement sans marge d'action

Cons:

annoncé avec baignoire alors qu'en réalité douche mal faite.
promesse d'insonorisation alors que j'entendais toutes les conversations du studio d'à côté.
ascenseurs très lents et pas assez spacieux pour le volume de clientèle.
De même, une seule personne à la réception un samedi à 16h et un dimanche à 11h, ce n'est pas suffisant.
120€ la nuit pour des promesses non-tenues, ce n'est pas correct, même en offrant le petit-déjeuner

Worst experience in a long while
Cons:

There was a door inside our studio flat communicating to the studio next to us, which meant we had no noise or smell isolation. That person smoked and shouted all night long. Our studio room smelled like cigarette and we were essentially smoking with him. Including our 1 year old baby!! My husband had to come down at 3.30am to request assistance from the staff.
The next morning, we had to wait 20min for staff member Hugo to show up at his desk! I requested a strong compensation for our poor experience and the damage on my baby's health from the cigarettes smoke, and was told he couldn't do anything but share our complaint to the manager who will respond to us 'favourably and by Monday'. We are still waiting! From all our travelling, this is our worst experience to date both in facilities and staff.

La chambre tres spacieuse - j'aimerais retrouver l'equivalent lors de mes prochains sejours - je travaille sur Lille pendant 6 mois avec des sejours de 2 à 5 jours hebdomadaires

Great Location!
Pros:

Citadines Lille was perfect for my last leg of my France trip. They were renovating the building and rooms when I was there, but only during the day, so did not effect me whatsoever. I stayed in a recently renovated room and it was perfect! Huge double studio room with kitchenette with all new appliances. Staff were amazing.
Location was perfect, connected to the Westfield Shopping Centre right next door, walkable to main train station/Eurostar and walkable to the other main train station and city centre.
