Worst experience in a long while
Cons:

There was a door inside our studio flat communicating to the studio next to us, which meant we had no noise or smell isolation. That person smoked and shouted all night long. Our studio room smelled like cigarette and we were essentially smoking with him. Including our 1 year old baby!! My husband had to come down at 3.30am to request assistance from the staff.
The next morning, we had to wait 20min for staff member Hugo to show up at his desk! I requested a strong compensation for our poor experience and the damage on my baby's health from the cigarettes smoke, and was told he couldn't do anything but share our complaint to the manager who will respond to us 'favourably and by Monday'. We are still waiting! From all our travelling, this is our worst experience to date both in facilities and staff.

Chambre tres spacieuse, equipements tops, qq ajustements à faire sur les consommables
Pros:

La chambre tres spacieuse - j'aimerais retrouver l'equivalent lors de mes prochains sejours - je travaille sur Lille pendant 6 mois avec des sejours de 2 à 5 jours hebdomadaires

Cons:

Plus de gel douche
Des toilettes avec une odeur plutot desagreable
Le rouleau de papier toilette qui n'etait pas neuf

séjours agréables entre famille & amies
Pros:

l'emplacement est top idéal pour visiter Lille centre pied la gare de RER a proximité , les restaurant , café , le grand centre commercial ORALILLE ? Ville propre est animée.

Cons:

tout était top je suis cliente fidèle, je prends toujours les appartement très spacieux , y a eu des travaux plus moderne même avant c'était très jolie , juste avant y avait une porte pour fermé le séjour pour l'intimité la nuit , peut être c'était un autre appartement pas le même .

L’emplacement, la superficie , les équipements, la remise à neuf de l’appartement...la literie...la vue du 10* étage

Cons:

Un seul ascenseur....c'est vraiment trop.peu...mais les travaux de remise à neuf de cet hotel.ne sont pas encore terminés ..
Pb avec le séchoir électrique, prise hs ..

Dans l’ensemble top
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, on ne peut pas le rater.

Des magasins, de la restauration à proximité.

L’emplacement du parking pas loin de l’hôtel (même s’il faut aller demander à la réception où ça se trouve) et bien expliqué très sécurisé et un accès direct (hôtel - parking).

Chambre avec cuisine (ressemble plus à un studio) avec les couverts, la vaisselle mais pas de thé, sucre etc..

Cons:

Le réveil par les travaux dans l’hôtel à 7-8H du matin. Au Check-in on ne nous en a pas informé de cela.

Le fait que nous ne sachions pas régler le thermostat mais il y avait un chauffage d’appoint (chauffage qui s’allumait et s’éteignait à sa guise) .

En général propre mais dans le frigo nous avons retrouvé un locataire (reste de charcuterie) sûrement un oublie.

Cons:

le WIFI non sécurisé + l'attente de plus de 4 minutes aux ascenseurs !!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Ben er niet lang geweest, blijkbaar was alles dik in orde en een hele grote tv. De gastheer aan de balie zat er smorgens nog en was zijn opgewekte humeur nog steeds niet verloren.
