Mooie locatie, maar problemen met de geur in de kamer
Pros:

Top locatie direct aan het centrum. Ruime kamers met een klein keukentje.

Cons:

De kamer van de 1e nacht had een heel nare geur. De receptie vertelde dat dit is veroorzaakt na de renovatie door de afvoer filters. Helaas was het hotel vol en hebben we de 1e nacht daardoor slecht geslapen met de ramen open. Voor de 2e nacht een andere kamer gekregen. Daar was de geur een stuk minder, maar nog steeds niet top.

De ontbijtzaal is echt veel te klein voor de omvang van het hotel.

Sympa mais trop cher pour ce qu'il propose
Pros:

Le studio est très propre et suffisamment grand. La vue est sympa. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit dej est copieux.

Cons:

nous n'avons pas eu de place de place de parking pour la première nuit, la salle pour le petit dej est très petite, les portes des chambres voisines claquait toute la matinée, impossible de bien dormir. Ca ne vaut pas son prix selon moi

Very comfortable stay. Will come back.
Pros:

Love how spacious the room is. Big windows with lots of natural light. Everything is so new and it’s comfortable and clean. Location is the best. Staff were helpful too.

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Goede bedden, ruime kamer, schoon, goedkoper parkeren bij het hotel dan in de naastgelegen parkeergarage. Hotel ligt tegen het winkelcentrum aan. Binnen 5 minuten wandelen in het centrum. Goede tips voor een restaurant van de receptie gekregen. Heel vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie.

Cons:

De kamer rook iets naar de afvoer van de douche, maar met het raam open was de geur zo weg. Wifi werkte niet. We hadden beneden bij de receptie natuurlijk om hulp kunnen vragen, maar onze 5G deed het prima.
Het ontbijt was iets rommelig, omdat de ontbijtspullen van degene voor je te lang op de tafels bleef staan.

Excellent hôtel avec une belle vue, près de la gare et du centre.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est petite par rapport aux nombres de clients, et il n'y avait pas assez de personnel le jour où nous sommes venus. Offrir le petit déjeuner est une chose, mais ce n'est pas très utile s'il n'y a rien de disponible et pas de table propre.

Un super séjour et une très belle adresse en plein Lille
Pros:

La situation géographique est très bien, la décoration et la chambre nous ont beaucoup plu également.
Le personnel était très professionnel et attentionné

Cons:

Le seul bémol serait peut-être sur le petit déjeuner où il y a beaucoup de monde, ce qui fait un espace exigu et qui est vite monté en température... Par ailleurs, beaucoup en buffet salé, mais plus pauvre en sucré...

Les fenêtres mériteraient d'être changées également car les joints sont morts et l'isolation phonique s'en ressent.
Pour finir, nous avons fait des préconisations pour la salle de bain, très belle et propre...mais assez mal conçue au final.

Pros:

The room was spacious and modern, very comfortable
