I stay in 312 presidential suite in trident Gurgaon for 1 night. Very very good service and very well maintained presidential suite. Much appreciated.
The property is a respectful take on Indo-Saracenic architecture. That said, it is the staff that makes a truly good hotel. You have both!
The Trident in Gurgaon is an experience to be treasured. Not only are the surroundings exquisite, thanks to the beautiful architecture of Lek Bunnag from Thailand, the staff provided outstanding service. From the professional expertise at the Front Desk to the quality of the dining staff in the restaurant (Cilantro) and the skill of the Fitness Centre manager, the Trident Hotel offers a wonderful taste of the magic that is India. I cannot praise the hotel highly enough. It contributed to an outstanding holiday which has imprinted itself securely in my memory.

Hospitality coupled with superb service and amenities make it a perfect stay. It is an excellent property spread across and is very nicely located, nearer to the Airport and to the city centre of Gurugram.

Very warm staff and helpful.
Beyond the stunning property and the wonderful stay, the staff at Trident, Gurgaon went out of their way to provide an incredibly welcoming experience. Every single request we had was met with a positive response, and they truly did everything in their power to make it happen.
I originally booked this hotel to spoil my son, at the end of a long trip, and the team made sure he was treated like royalty. They graciously accommodated a very early check-in for him so he could rest. Since he had an early morning flight out of Delhi, they even agreed to shift his included breakfast to his day of arrival instead of his departure day. On top of that, completely unprompted and without us even asking, they prepared a lavish packed meal for him to take on his flight!
Beyond this unmatched hospitality, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, the food is excellent, and its close proximity to the Delhi airport is a massive advantage. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Oasis of relaxation in one of the noisiesr cities on the planet. Airco that‘s easy to operate. No annoyingly complicated tech anywhere. Stylish settings. Lovely floral smell im the lobby..Not too cold. Well maintained facility. Great pool, both optically as practically and intended for swimming.
