Exceptionally good.
Pros:

Serene and peaceful.

Cons:

Nothing much, all was exceptionally good. However I noticed two things.
1. With such a price, you expect to get a bathtub which was missing.
2. TVs can be upgraded to a smart one, instead of using tata sky, which was quite laggy.

Pros:

The Trident is a stunning secret that only shows its true self as you enter. It has a lush, Moorish feel and after the hum of Delhi it is a haven. The staff and service was personal and professional and we could not ask for more. The young woman who checked us in, and escorted us to our room, welcomed us so genuinely, we felt like family! She was simply superb!
The suite had the best view of any room, I've ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. We were transfixed!

Pros:

Проживал в этом отеле 5 ночей, это была рабочая поездка. Отель понравился, было очень комфортно. Завтраки великолепные, номер чистый и уютный. Вечером в ресторане и баре отличная музыка и великолепные закуски.

Cons:

Месторасположение отеля не очень удобно, перемещаться только на такси. В остальном все было отлично.

Luxurious and comfortable!
Pros:

Our stay at Trident, first during the holidays and there after on work, with our young family, was exceptional - we have been staying at Trident over the years and what’s evident is that the hospitality from every member of staff, from doormen, to porter, to cleaner, to reception staff, to general manager and restaurant staff, and the chef, is considered and thoughtful. It’s why it stands out from other luxury hotels. The swimming pool is heated and the spa is luxurious. What made the hospitality even more special is that our two young children were well looked after! We would like to mention the hospitality of the front office manager, Aatish, for going out of his way to make us comfortable and helping us extend our stay. Also, a special mention to the restaurant staff for their exceptional hospitality - Suryarup, Bhumika, chef Shubhankar for his exceptional culinary skills and serving food specially made for the kids, also, Carol, Reya and Angela to name a few of the staff. And in room dining staff, for accommodating the kids food preferences every evening.
We want to thank everyone at Trident Gurgaon for a wonderful stay!

Amazing experience
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Trident for four days last week and had such a wonderful experience that I felt compelled to write this review.
Every single member of staff we encountered was outstanding and the level of customer service was truly incredible. A very special thank you goes to Chef Archit and our server Nabam, who made our breakfasts so enjoyable.
I asked for a dish that wasn’t on the menu, and although Chef Archit had never heard of it or made it before, he took the time to learn how to prepare it just for me. It turned out to be absolutely delicious — even better than any version I’ve had before.
Both Chef Archit and Nabam came over afterwards to check if I enjoyed the dish and to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, effort and attention to detail really went above and beyond what you would normally expect.
Because of this amazing experience and the hospitality we received, my husband and I will definitely be staying at the Trident whenever we visit in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent hotel with wonderful grounds
Pros:

Location- not too far from the airport
Good hospitality and good staff. Food is too good specially the dinner buffet. Room amenities are excellent. They gifted me a cute scarf which I loved. Room cleaning is good. I liked the grouds. Expansive! Lovely pool but was too cold

Oasis in a urban desert
Pros:

Love this place for its refreshing vibe in a maze of corporate hotels. Food, service and rooms are amazing. Lovey restaurants this restaurant has with great selection of cuisine. Very convenient location
