This is an airport hotel in Delhi that has no soul or character, generally airport hotels are lifeless functional hotels but this one took the prize!

Out of this world. A phenomenal 5 star hotel in every sense
Pros:

I stayed for business for 4 nights and could not fault the hotel. The service was amazing. Room clean and great facilities. I used the gym a few times and it was great for a workout, again very clean.
Breakfast was varied and the service stood out from the team.
I felt very safe as a female traveller.
As I left today I asked for a wake up call at 1am. I was asked if I wanted a coffee sent to the room at this time. The call was on time with a knock at the door 10 seconds later with an amazing south India filter coffee and sweet treats.
I loved the fact you felt you didn’t have to tip to receive wonderful service. The hotel were clear not to do this but you could leave money at reception, which I did. You can’t not!
I stayed in room 206 which had lovely relaxing views. Thank you Team Trident!

Beautiful one night stay away from the noise and bustle of Delhi.
Pros:

Outside of Delhi central and close to the airport. Facilities new and palatial. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds very comfy.

Amazing hotel with delicious food and super friendly staff.
Pros:

Big clean rooms, delicious food, super friendly and helpful staff. Great views from the rooms even though the hotel is 20 minutes from airport. What's not to love?!

A perfect stay near to Delhi Airport
Pros:

We have been on vacation in India for the past 3 weeks and have stayed in a number of luxury 5 Star hotels. I can honestly say that this hotel is the best of the lot.

Overall, superb service and superb food. It is true that some of the furnishings in our room are looking a bit tired now (I last stayed here 15 years ago and most of it is unchanged) but the rooms are still excellent - the bed is very comfortable and the shower is incredible.

However, what elevates this hotel above the others we have stayed in is the amazing service we have received, from the front desk, the bars and restaurants, to the housekeeping and the drivers. It really does feel like the staff are sincerely doing all they can to make our stay memorable.

The next time I holiday in India I will be staying in a Trident hotel if it is available.

Great to come and pamper yourself and relax

The hotel is amazingly beautiful. The view from the room is amazing. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. The bathroom is great.
The location is far from the city.

Cons:

The service at the bar in the evening was slow and expensive.

Great experience...
Pros:

All was great, and I found the room service team of Alisha and Evansha be super sensitive for high travel person like me. They took care of even small things. Their handwritten note left a big impact.
