The staff are so lovely. Especially the lady who worked the bar and the restaurant in the evening.

Frühstück war sehr gut! Auch Personal sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung sind gut.

Cons:

Die Anbindung an Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist katastrophal. Es gibt keine Busverbindung außer an der Hunton Langleybury Church die von Arriva durchgeführt sind und immer wieder ausgefallen und unpünktlich waren. Außerdem gibt es dort keine Möglichkeit zun den Warner Brothers Studios zu kommen ohne Taxi oder zu Fuß. Deswegen kann ich nicht zustimmen das die Lage perfekt ist. Sonst ist das Bad etwas runtergekommen: Armaturen die locker und verkalkt sind sowie leicht verschimmelte Fugen was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel ist.

the staff where extremely welcoming and the whole experience was lovely would 100% recommend

the whole property was gorgeous and well taken care of the only thing that needed a renovation in my opinion would be the pool room but other then that it was an exceptional hotel

i belive the pool room and pool itself needs a renovation it was dated and a little grimy

Our stay was nice and relaxing, made even nicely with the beautiful grounds. Well done to everyone.
Pros:

The breakfast was really lovely and plenty of options available, evening meal was great. staff were very pleasant and helpful across the hotel. Fantastic grounds to walk around the hotel. Location was amazing only 9mins to Harry Potter studios.

Cons:

Loved everything about the hotel. Can't fault it.

Disappointing room
Cons:

There was no bath, I asked to transfer but was told it was £100 to upgrade to a room with a bath which feels ridiculous when it was a mid week stay and the room was more expensive than a premier inn with a room with a bath. The room was small and there was damp patches on the ceiling which was unsightly and just made the room feel down at heel. Especially given the photos when you search for the hotel come up with a grand facade of old building which is completely unrelated to the actual hotel..
