Lack of wheelchair access. Ramp was not secure. Caused an accident. Didnt even stay the night.
We were given a room with broken aircon on a very hot day. Asked for a different room told they were full. Asked for a refund told we had to apply to booking.com.

Great pool onsite, beautiful grounds. Cafe staff were very friendly.
The air con in room was not working during a heat wave, there was no lift or ramps for stepfree access (and people tend to bring luggages), and hotel felt understaffed at critical periods (eg during check in time). Wedding guests with disabilities still had to use stairs- they could have really injured themselves further and it's a potential future liability for the hotel- suggest they think about something of a more sustainable solution.
Family room good size , good location for Harry Potter World Tour.
hole in ceiling outside Botham room 1 were we stayed, so was damp smell. Party on in hotel right below room so very noisy. Twin room was small and rooms were far apart even though we asked for rooms close together.

Misleidende fotos, we kregen kamer in bijgebouw airco deed het maar beetje smoezelig. Zwembad is te schandalig voor woorden, enorm gedateerd en toe aan grondige renovatie. Rotte kozijnen extreem smerig omkleed vertrek. Douches en wc waarschijnlijk al geen weken meer schoon gemaakt. Restaurant bar ook verschrikkelijk. Drank over de datum, alles plakt en kleeft, enorme vuilnisbult buiten. Ik vraag mij af hoe ze hier met de hygiëne in de keuken zijn…
It’s close to Harry Potter studios
The staff weren’t too friendly or accommodating. The hotel room was cold due to the windows nod being able to close properly, the bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock and there was strands of hair on the bed sheets and in the shower.
The hotel was expensive but the room was shabby. The air conditioning had broken on the hottest night of the year. Generally the rooms are in need of a revamp. We were only there to attend a wedding. I wish we’d stayed somewhere else.
Rooms, air conditioning, lack of tea/coffee in room. I had to go and ask for it.
