The bed was clean.
SPECIFICALLY booked a nice hotel for a pool for my son to enjoy but they don’t even have one. Was told to go next door to “Residents Inn” to use their pool, we walked over there but was told “pool is closed because it needs to be inspected.” & BTW breakfast isn’t even included. You have to pay for it they said. FALSE advertisement, please take off the amenities! & out of all rooms she gave us a room next to the Mechanic room + handicap room (which we don’t need.) So we have to sleep with the machine noise buzzing all night.

The pull out couch/bed had no sheets and when asked the front desk to have someone come up to make the bed, they said no one can come up. Toilet also backed up.

Room servicing not done on a daily basis, and not being informed of this at check in. Staff claiming this is standard practice when it is most certainly not the case in other hotels of this standard.
My property was stolen by the housekeeper in room 314 and they won’t do anything about It. I’ve tried reaching out to the manager for 4 days straight with no response.
There was no breakfast, the clerk at the desk told us it was for a conference not for the guest. Also the desk clerk coming in on the day we checked in messed up our reservation.
Get your staff trained to be more professional in their positions. Correct your ad to be honest about what you offer like breakfast.
Clean
Walls were not sound proof and you could hear the neighbors having intercourse all throughout the night. This traumatized our kids. We will not be coming back
location, next to the freeway. The room was a good size.
We didn't get charged for parking because of the construction, otherwise they would charge us 12.00 a day. I don't like beening charged for parking. The bathroom ran out of body wash and never refilled while we were there . We did let them know.
Late check in was easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Best of all the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems and had no issues sleeping. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful outdoor mall across the street!
Noisy and the breakfast is expensive with a quality below my expectations
