Pros:

Located close to restaurants and the freeway

Cons:

Room servicing not done on a daily basis, and not being informed of this at check in. Staff claiming this is standard practice when it is most certainly not the case in other hotels of this standard.

Cons:

My property was stolen by the housekeeper in room 314 and they won’t do anything about It. I’ve tried reaching out to the manager for 4 days straight with no response.

We feel like your more interested in groups not families
Pros:

There was no breakfast, the clerk at the desk told us it was for a conference not for the guest. Also the desk clerk coming in on the day we checked in messed up our reservation.

Cons:

Get your staff trained to be more professional in their positions. Correct your ad to be honest about what you offer like breakfast.

Clean

Cons:

Walls were not sound proof and you could hear the neighbors having intercourse all throughout the night. This traumatized our kids. We will not be coming back

Everything was fine.
Pros:

location, next to the freeway. The room was a good size.

Cons:

We didn't get charged for parking because of the construction, otherwise they would charge us 12.00 a day. I don't like beening charged for parking. The bathroom ran out of body wash and never refilled while we were there . We did let them know.

Pleasant stay in Folsom
Pros:

Late check in was easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Best of all the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems and had no issues sleeping. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful outdoor mall across the street!

Comfortable but bring your own hair dryer
Pros:

Comfortable bed, decor, polite and helpful staff

Cons:

Loud screech when opening shower door, no microwave, hair dryer cord was too short to use properly

A very nice place to stay

Very nerve racking being woken up earlier a then basically ran out before we needed to leave , I had 2 other reservation
Pros:

Convinced to liquor store and food

Cons:

The noise someone decided to use lawn equipment at 6:30am and then the rude interruptions by house keeping at 9:00 & 9:30 when we didn’t have to check out till 12 we ended up leaving earlier then planned caused we were upset by the interruptions
