It was an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast spread was great, fresh and lots of variety. Amenities were wonderful. The pool was a nice experience for the kids. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and such a great atmosphere, would recommend to anyone who is looking in the area for a great place for a vacation or stay!
I booked this property through you. Called the morning of 8-15-2026, to confirm and ask for 1 hour early check in. I was told by Steve there was no reservation. Also told to call Booking.com, I did and got Ahmed, who confirmed I have a reservation and put me on hold to call the property. He returned to me and said the hotel made a mistake, he apologized and said he is sending me 4 other hotels, a refund and $68 credit to use. While on the phone the hotel called (Steve) who claimed he had my reservation and Booking.com had me as F.DawnAnne. I did look at the 4 locations Ahmed sent which were booked. I drove 4 hours to the original reserved hotel and by that pointed the reservation had been canceled after I was told it was available. I paid $570.11, instead of the original $319.99. I was scammed by either this site or the hotel. Will not use Booking.com or Residence Inn. And going to report both entities to the proper Travel Industry Authorities.

The room was clean.
The 12.00 parking fee was a surprise. If you stay at the hotel, the parking fee should be included. The office receptionist claimed it is on the parking pass and in the small print. It is not obvious.
Hotel was very crowded. Also, the breakfast is just adequate; orange juice is watered down.
After selling our home, we needed a place to stay, and this hotel provided the perfect transition we sought to comfort us during our disrupted life. The room was modern, clean, and well-stocked with many creature comforts, including an icemaker, a tub, an oven, a comfy bed, and an easy to use television. The hotel has a small but inviting indoor pool, a clean laundry room on the second floor, and a bountiful breakfast which features local fresh bagels and various other healthy choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is not free, but spaces were easily available. Even though the hotel was completely full due to the big golf tournament, we still experienced a peaceful visit.
