Cons:

I had booked an oceanfront room with a balcony. When I checked in I was not told that I would not get this room due to refurbished rooms were not ready. Not my problem. When returning to the front desk then I was told that I was not getting the room I had booked. I was booked in room 124. I am disappointed that this situation was handled this way. I love this resort this was my 4th time there in a year. I will think twice about going back which is unfortunate. I did receive a credit for beverages and food plus the resort fee was waived.
