Very clean, very quiet, great amenities, great location
Pros:

Location, beach access, quietness, comfortability was amazing. On site restaurant/bar was exactly the chill vibe I expected

Cons:

The check in process was very slow, host let people who were checking out cut in line after I had already traveled 14 hours to be there

Overall, we loved this resort. We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The location is perfect. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was very comfortable.

Cons:

The adult only pool closes at 8 which is pretty early to me. We also had issues with our air conditioning not working. They sent someone right up as soon as we called. He got it on. But then it went out again.

Pros:

The hotel is very good; my dissatisfaction is with Booking.com. They confirmed my reservation at the Holiday Inn, but when I arrived, there was no booking. This happened in New York in June, and I’ve decided not to do business with them anymore.
