Very relaxing and will come again.
Pros:

We loved the gardens and pool and exceptional dining. Staff were really helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome.

Cons:

Room was a funny shape so needed to reorganise the furniture. Could have done with another bedside table and housekeeping was a little flaky. Could do with an earlier check-in.

Not one we will return too, but you may find they give you a nice room. The food however is good.
Pros:

Food served in the restaurant building is good and the external building and associated facilities look good. Parking is free and the reception staff are OK. Location to 'le shuttle' is perfect.

Cons:

Room provided didn't look anything like the ones used when selecting this Hotel/Chateau. Waiters in the restaurant and during breakfast are a little surly and you don't get to pick your table. Even though they sell you a B&B with Dinner package, you can't deviate and buy any extras other than wine or water. Room looks dirty and not suited to fitting in a double bed as you hardly got any room at the end and side nearest the window. Bath only with shower over and screen that has a gap under the side so water leaks al over the floor. Carpet looks to have been down years and bedside tables are dirty and well worn. They did give us a discount, but it doesn't replace the bad feeling of being shoved in an old room not used you years.

Elegance and value.
Pros:

Top tip would be book early and try and get one of the two bigger rooms in the main building and the standard doubles are not a big room. There are other rooms in the block by the pool, these may be more suitable for families.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The location is good for a quick dash to the channel ports the next morning, while being in the countryside away from any traffic. Not too far from Saint-Omer which is worth a stroll around.

At dinner, the standout dish was the scallops, but the other dishes were not far behind.

Breakfast, which was included in the price was quite acceptable.

Lovely setting but not cheapest, check whether your room has AC before booking

Le cadre est magnifique, très paisible et reposant. L'ensemble de la propriété est soigné et l'atmosphère est particulièrement agréable.

Cons:

Notre chambre dans le Château ne disposait pas de climatisation. Je comprends que la canicule est exceptionnelle, mais ce type d'épisode n'est plus rare et, au vu du prix des chambres, des ventilateurs me sembleraient être un minimum. Sans climatisation, la seule solution était d'ouvrir les fenêtres, mais notre chambre donnait juste au-dessus de l'entrée du château. Résultat : il fallait choisir entre la chaleur et le bruit des conversations à l'extérieur, ce qui a empêché ma fille de 3 ans de s'endormir avant que tout le monde soit couché. Enfin, le restaurant était correct, mais j'attendais une cuisine et des boissons d'un niveau supérieur compte tenu des tarifs pratiqués.

Niet wat we verwacht hadden van een kasteel waar ik mijn vrouw als een prinses wou behandelen.
Pros:

Een deel van het personeel was ok, maar er werden veel fouten gemaakt en sommigen hielpen tegen hun goesting.

Cons:

Een hotel voor die prijs zonder airco dat begrijp ik niet goed. Wij hadden geboekt met diner inbegrepen. Volgens de kaart was dat een driegangenmenu menu, maar we kregen slechts 2 gangen. Bovendien moest je voor veel dingen een supplement betalen, was de keuze beperkt en brasserieniveau.
Wij rijden met een elektrisch voertuig. 2 laadpalen werkten blijkbaar niet. Volgens de ene receptionist lag het aan mij en de andere dame zei dat ze met die 2 laadpalen veel problemen hadden.

Wonderful hotel set in gorgeous grounds with very helpful friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely room. We were upgraded as it was my husbands birthday

Cons:

Availability of bar snacks
There wasn’t any food available on Sunday and there were only 10 platters available every evening so you needed to reserve one but there weren’t any signs telling you this

The staff where all friendly and made an effort to speak English which was much better than my French

Comfy beds and air conditioning needed in the high heat swimming pool excellent the grounds are stunning beautiful building

Cons:

Nothing only one thing negative I found the food portions very small and we had a long wait for it to come out then 25 minute wait for ice cream dessert just me being a bit picky
