Climatisation qui fait énormément de bruit, on nous a conseillé de de l’éteindre et ensuite il a fait très chaud. Impossible de dormir
Nous sommes arrivés le soir. Nous avons découvert une entrée d'hôtel lumineuse. L'accueil, très spacieux, nous a permis d'entrer en contact avec un personnel de qualité. Nous avons constaté que toute nos attentes ont été satisfaites.

L'emplacement est parfait pour le futuroscope, et les équipements comme la piscine et le restaurant et les jeux sont parfaits.
La chambre n'était pas prête, le ménage sous les lits est approximatif, et la chambre est moins spacieuse qu'elle ne parait en photo.

We stayed for one night as a family of three (2 adults and our 8-year-old) while visiting the nearby Aquascope waterpark, and we had a really positive experience.
The hotel is conveniently located—just a 15-minute taxi ride from Poitiers airport—which made our arrival very easy. Check-in was smooth, and the two staff members who helped us were friendly and welcoming. We were especially grateful that they managed to get us into our room much earlier than the official check-in time.
Our triple room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well laid out. The bathroom had a lovely large shower, and we were pleasantly surprised by the range of complimentary toiletries, including face and body wash, shampoo, body lotion, and an amenity kit (nail file, cotton pads, and cotton buds). There was also plenty of storage and hanging space, plus a safe for valuables.
The hotel facilities were a real bonus. There’s an arcade room, a pool table, and an indoor swimming pool with towels provided. We made the most of these and even had the pool to ourselves, which was fantastic!
We opted to pay extra for breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot and cold options, along with coffee machines and a wide selection of teas. While the price (€16 per adult and €7 for children) felt too high, we appreciated the convenience.
For food outside the hotel, there are some great nearby options—we particularly enjoyed Melting Bowl and Chill’n Burger, both offering fresh, tasty meals.
The walk to Aquascope is about 12 minutes but feels shorter as it's very straightforward. The hotel also kindly stored our backpacks after checkout so we could enjoy lunch before leaving, which was much appreciated.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. Perfect for a short family trip to the area!

Pour un hôtel 4*,c'était le minimum syndical!!
Pas de chaussons, pas de peignoir, pas de mini-bar et j'en passe, qu'on ne me dise pas que pour ce service qui est la base d'un tel hôtel qu'il faille payer plus.
A mon avis les prestations du 4* n'y était pas.
