Séjour pas trop top a cause de la climatisation non fonctionnel

J’ai aimé la grandeur des chambre

Cons:

Salon de bain sans serviette et nous sommes aller demander les serviettes en bas , petit déjeuner pas frais et on remettait les même choses le lendemain ( pas trop de choix) personnel le matin durant le déjeuner désagréable et parlait de façon agressive au gens
Climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas vraiment et j’avais tellement chaud la nuit et j’ai signalé le pb et bcp d’autre personnes venant signaler le même problème ( pas nettoyage de la salle de déjeuner et j’ai du nettoyer moi même la table pour m’asseoir ( frigo sale)

I had a very disappointing experience at this B&B Hotel. One of the staff members was dishonest and tried to charge us more money than we were expecting. When I questioned the situation, I felt that I was not being treated honestly or fairly.
I was so surprised and uncomfortable with the experience that I decided to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, especially because I expected professional and trustworthy service from a hotel.
I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the way guests are treated.but he was at reception.

Pros:

It is very clean room with good space and staff also very friendly.If some one looking peaceful enivronment to relax.This is the most suitable place for that.Bathroom also good with separate toilet.There was microwave ,small fridge and coffee making facility too.public transport also available on walking distance.I am satisfied at all.

В паркинге нужно починить безконтактную оплату на парковку. Кондиционер должен работать лучше
Pros:

Персонал хороший, номер неплохой и интересный, есть кондиционер, но не особо стоит на него расчитывать.
Мастер по мелкому ремонту пришел утром оперативно.

Cons:

Месторасположение: если вы на авто и заезжаете в паркинг, который находится на нижних этажах отеля-не проблема. Пешком в темное время суток район создает впечатление небезопасного. Метро находится в метрах 400-500 от отеля, там же есть магазин.

Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel sympathique et réactif.. . À la suite d'un malentendu concernant un lit parapluie, le personnel à su régler le problème rapidement.
