Immaculate, wonderfully friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great swimming pool, food in the restaurant was superb. Can’t fault it and thoroughly recommend.

Poor shuttle service that you have to pay for. Poor customer service. The TV wasn't working and maintenance staff could not fix it (the TV is old they said). The shower flooded. It was eventually fixed but when I went to have a second shower the shampoo container was empty. The toilet bowl had visible black mold on the inner rim which nobody had bothered to clean for what had to be days. No tissues in the room. Called Reception. No tissues are provided to the rooms. A staff member eventually delivered paper towels. An Expresso machine was in the room. As you can expect at this point I checked the cleanliness of it. There was so much coffee grime inside it was disgusting. Took the machine apart and cleaned it myself. It took me 10 minutes as it was so dirty. I also tried the restaurant food and I do not recommend it. No apology or acknowledgement from staff at any time. Is this really a 4 star facility? I don't think so.
The location, staff and room were acceptable. Shuttle service was acceptable, although during heat wave, could have been more accommodating with more frequent pick-up times during the daytime from the airport.
I was there during the European heat wave, where the afternoon temperature was in the mid-90s. What was odd, the pool was open in the morning and evening, but not during the hottest part of the day (1200 - 1600ish). Ditto for the on-site restaurant, where inside seating was available for breakfast and dinner, but during lunch hours (again, hottest part of the day), only outdoor seating was available. Seems like this facility should be more flexible during weather extremes...
La struttura si presenta grande ed accogliente. Le camere pulite e spaziose. Lo spazio esterno con piscina è molto bello.
Clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
However, there are a couple of things I would like to mention. Food in the restaurant can take quite a long time to be prepared, so I think it would be helpful if the staff informed guests about the expected waiting time before they order.
Secondly, the information about the shuttle service is unclear. It is not obvious from the hotel description whether it is included in the room rate or requires an additional payment. I was prepared to pay because I had read previous reviews, but I believe the shuttle price should be clearly stated in the hotel description. This would be fair to guests who might otherwise assume that the shuttle is included in the cost of their stay.

The room was nice, the pool area and outside bar where convenient and the location is perfect for a stay before flying out of the FCO airport. It was also nice that they provided a shuttle to the airport from the hotel.
The only thing that I did not like was that when you left the room you had to remove the room key from the air conditioning, so when you left the room the AC was turned off.
Ground floor room was spacious and quiet facing the pool. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Location is good for a one night stay prior to flying. Check out at midday was a bonus, it was nice to have a swim and be at the pool before a long haul flight.
The evening meal service was good however the food ( spaghetti carbonara) was not. Self serve breakfast was ok.

Proximity to Rome Airport with the shuttle bus only 7 euros each way. Comfortable bed and clean room.
I booked the property as it had a swimming pool so thought we might relax for the afternoon but the pool cleaner was in the whole time I was there so unable to use it, probably could have stayed somewhere cheaper without a pool
