Super location close to the Cathedral and the heart of the old city. Property is immaculate. Staff are super helpful

Cons:

This is an aberration, there was hot water system works going on that limited it’s availability until several hours after check in, and took a very long time for delivery in the morning for my shower. However, I am sure that’s fully addressed by now.

Fabulous hotel - staff, food and rooms were wonderful!
Pros:

A nice treat in a big city while walking the Camino. Location was fantastic; staff were wonderful - I arrived many hours before check in opened and the lady found me a room which was very much appreciated; breakfast was amazing!! I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - it was fabulous!
