Bedbugs/insects in the room.
Pros:

The location is great, but I couldn't sleep there as I had to leave due to bedbugs.

Cons:

The room was infested of bedbugs/insects, which I reported to the staff at the reception and to the owner via email/PEC, but they didn't even reply. A reimbursed was not offered despite they couldn't offer any other room and I had to move in the heart of the night to another hotel.
I have photos and videos to proof this and my conversation with the reception guy.

Pros:

The location of the property was pretty good. It wasn’t too far from the duomo and other sites.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not good. The night staff was far less welcoming and polite than the morning staff. The surrounding area was quite load 3 of the 4 nights we were there.

Per essere in centro di Milano, quest’hotel non è così tanto accogliente a parte la posizione

Che era in centro di Milano.

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola e il bagno si trovava attaccato sulla testa del letto dove dormivo e non aveva una porta quindi puzzava. E in più il condizionatore era a palla faceva molto freddo e non si poteva regolarizzare. Ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta per non sentire così freddo e comunque non ho dormito tutta la notte per la rumore delle macchine.

Cons:

I had a king-size bed instead of a single bed, which was nice. However, my private bathroom and shower were not inside my room. They were located separately at the end of the hallway, so I had to leave my bedroom every time I wanted to use them. I was very surprised by this room setup. If you make a reservation here, I recommend making sure that your bathroom and shower are actually inside your room.
