Park Prime Jaipur

Property fittings, furniture and appliances need repair/ replacement. Hair Dryer in my room was not Working and the flush needs repair.
Proper toileteries weren't provided either.
Overall decent stay, but the quality isn't worth the charges.
Breakfast buffet was nice.

Shame about the rooftop terrace not being in use. I think the pigeons have taken over

Very average hotel, maintenance pathetic. Curtains, beds, linen practically everyhing in bad shape. U will find better hotels at this cost

Great location, just a short taxi ride to Old City. Room was sparkling clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool was clean (pigeon poop on the deck surrounding, but pool itself was clean) and refreshing and I had it entirely to myself 8-9am on a Saturday. Unfortunately it closes at 7pm and we were not told this upon checkin so we tried to go swimming after arriving at 9 and were told we could not by the staff of the Terrace restaurant. So we decided to enjoy the rooftop another way and sat down to have a drink and maybe something to eat. Our drinks took a long time to arrive and we were never even offered a food menu.

Breakfast buffet in the morning was a better experience. Good food, attentive staff. Travel concierge offered to call us a taxi to take us around for the day- 8hr package with a great driver/tour guide was Rs 1600, definitely worthwhile to see the city without the hassle of hailing rickshaws every time you want to go somewhere else, (especially if you want to go outside city limits to Amer Fort, Monkey Temple, etc) plus our driver gave us good advice and tips, and pointed out landmarks along the way.

Hotel joined two single beds to make a double bed, even after giving advance notice. No proper Response was received at Hotel and no one responded even after making written complaint. Be careful before booking.

A bit far from the “happening places” in town, but not as far to become a hassle. On the other had, it brought a needed tranquility from the buzz and frenetic atmosphere of this beautiful city. Hotel is pretty new, well trained staff to help you with any needs, and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Totally recommended

The services from the hotel staff was terrible. Breakfast had a very few choices.

Hospital staff takes pride in their work. Breakfast buffet is great and all restaurant staff really caters to your needs. They make you feel welcome. House keeping is wonderful and will meet your requests within minutes. Extra bed we needed could have been little better. I really like to thank Abhishek, Amit, Priye, Aita, Ranjeet in the restaurant and Jyoti and the Manaher Mr Roshan. Other staff member who was very good was Mr Jaiparkash. I plan to stay there in future. I highly recommend it. Thank you

We traveled as a family and occupied two rooms in this hotel. The hotel was OK, but not great. The accommodations were good but not overly comfortable, the food was reasonable but somewhat greasy, and the personnel was not well trained.

Wifi not upto the mark. Staff not friendly.

Main reason we chose this hotel was for the rooftop terrace and pool...the photos were obviously taken years ago as it was extremely rundown and very disappointing. Service good and bar staff lovely. Good selection at breakfast.

Room was not ready and cramped.

I chose this hotel due to the good reviews, however I was a bit disapointed once I arrived in my room. Bathroom was not clean and bed linen was also dirty. Not what I expected for this price.

This hotel was satisfactory, though nothing amazing and I wouldn't rate it 4*, but rather 3.5 maybe. Some of the staff were pleasant, others I found less helpful. Basic amenities were there, but no conditioner or body lotion, which is disappointing. I wouldn't call what they have a "spa" so much as an area of 3 rooms converted into a space for massages, etc... the massages were decent though. Location is not far from old-city by tuk tuk but its certainly not walkable.

I stayed at 2 hotels for about the same price - Park Prime and lemon Tree.
The Lemon Tree is much better.

Location for hotel is very good easy to reach city area. Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were OK. terrace restaurant food is good

Very good nice and relaxing hotel, nice and helpful staff, swimming pool at the roof. There was not much around the hotel (beside C-scheme), but availability of tuk-tuks and taxis at any time made all the sights accessible.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Good selection of foods
for breaksfast. Good location for visiting Pink city and Amber fort.
