Alle waren sehr freundlich und für unsere Zwecke war der Standort super. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Toiletten auf dem Zimmer, mit diesen eine Tür für zwei Räume, waren schon recht eng. Auf den Gäste Toilette der Damen, unten im Eingangsbereich, fehlen Mülleimer in den Kabinen.

Es wurden lediglich Vorbereitungen für zwei Personen getroffen, obwohl bekannt war, dass wir mit vier Personen anreisen würden. Außerdem war der von mir bezahlte Preis deutlich höher als der Preis, der bei der Reservierung über Booking vereinbart worden war.

Pros:

Ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage für alle Aktivitäten in Frankfurt. Saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wegen einer Veranstaltung war das Hotel ziemlich gut belegt, entsprechend hatte das Personal alle Hände voll zu tun, um das Frühstücksbuffet stemmen zu können. Das hat dann insgesamt ganz gut geklappt. Das Frühstück selbst war ok, Brötchen und Rührei nicht so lecker, aber Preis/Leistung passt.

personale veramente antipatico e scortese all check-in e anche al check out. alla colazione tavoli lasciati sporchi abbandonati senza pulirli per chi arrivava . camerieri veramente scortesi e incapaci . alla colazione mancavano le cose da mangiare e non le rimettevano . struttura frequentata da gente veramente maleducata . in bagno un solo asciugamano per persona e sapone che sa di cimici . moquette in camera molto polverosa , per chi è allergico un incubo. porta del bagno che se non stai attento ti spacchi la mano nel chiuderla e wc a vista sulla
doccia .
