Great Service
Pros:

Great service from Reza on reception. Always polite and calm when under pressure. Managing the reception, bar and food.

Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Schlechter Zimmerservice. Keine Duschtücher, benutztes Geschirr stehen gelassen und die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht einstellen.

Comodo per visitare la fiera.
Pros:

Posizione comoda per la vicinanza ai mezzi. La fermata dell’autobus è difronte e da qui si può raggiungere la fermata Galluswarte per poi andare in fiera in metro, oppure la stazione centrale per poi con la metro raggiungere l’aeroporto. Hotel dotato anche di navetta a pagamento per la fiera (più conveniente dei taxi che spesso scelgono di fare il giro lungo). Staff veramente molto gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

Avevamo preso una tripla: il terzo letto era un sofà ma il problema era il materassino del sofà. Per niente confortevole. Per fortuna la sera eravamo stanche per la fiera… Materassino assolutamente da rivedere

Pros:

Staff molto gentile, Hotel pulito e colazione più che abbondante; camere mediograndi e comode;

Cons:

I cuscini del letto sono secondo me molto scomodi ho fatto fatica a dormire; la posizione è comoda per la fiera, ma a piedi ci vuole comunque mezz’ora quindi devi comunque prendere un taxi o utilizzare la navetta dell’hotel che però è a pagamento 6€ a persona
