Heerlijk resort. Prachtig strand en een super zonsondergang!!
Pros:

Ik wist niet dat het een soort club med was (lekker dom). Maar het is er fantastisch!! Super mooi strand met een schitterende zonsondergang. Alles aanwezig. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Je loopt niet naar een ander restaurantje of barretje toe. Ook geen leuk marktje in de buurt.

Looking forward to booking again for the 4th time
Pros:

This is our 3rd stay. We felt at home the moment we arrived at the front foyer. Great facilities, delicious food and most of all incredible staff!

餐點好吃

戶外環境確實很好，整體空間適合放鬆，餐廳的餐點也不錯，健身房及球場雖然設備普通，但維護狀況尚可。

然而，這次入住三晚的經驗，卻因為錢包遺失事件，以及飯店後續消極的處理方式，讓我對這間度假村徹底改觀。

7月11日晚上，我最後一次在 Main Bar 看見自己的褐色錢包。飯店後來協助查看監視器，也確認畫面中我有將錢包放回包包裡。由於這三天我們幾乎都待在度假村內，沒有前往其他地方，但從7月12日早上開始，我翻遍房間、行李箱及所有包包，錢包仍然不翼而飛。

錢包裡約有7,000泰銖、多張信用卡及身分證件。

我在7月12日早上發現錢包不見後，立刻向櫃檯反映。櫃檯表示會協助調查及查看監視器；下午我再次致電詢問，又被告知可能要等到晚上10點左右才會查看，之後會再打電話通知我。

然而，直到隔天早上準備退房，飯店都沒有主動聯絡。是我再次前往櫃檯詢問，才得到一句「沒有找到」。

從發現錢包不見到退房，飯店沒有即時說明調查進度，也沒有積極協助我處理後續。等到確認沒有結果時，錢包遺失已經接近第三天，我的行程也即將結束，已經很難再前往報警或進一步追查。

我無法確認錢包究竟是在房間內遺失、遭人取走，還是發生了其他狀況；但真正令人失望的，是飯店面對住客的重要財物遺失，處理速度緩慢、承諾回覆後卻沒有主動聯絡，也沒有讓住客感受到應有的重視。

此外，我自行攜帶的吹風機在住宿期間也出現摔撞痕跡，其中一個蓋子零件不見。我很確定入住時零件仍然完整，因此同樣讓人感到不安。

這裡的戶外環境、餐飲，以及多數工作人員與住客給人的印象都不差。沒有遇到事情時，或許會覺得一切都很好；但真正發生問題後，才看得出飯店處理事件的能力與態度。

最後我只能為了不讓整趟旅程完全被破壞，選擇自行承擔損失。然而，回台灣後還要停卡、補辦信用卡及身分證件，造成的困擾遠遠不只是7,000泰銖。

環境再漂亮，都無法彌補住客在財物安全及事件處理上失去的信任。很遺憾，這次的經驗讓我無法推薦這間度假村。

Pros:

A fantastic, peaceful resort with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and a breathtaking beach. Attentive service and an incredible selection of dishes that leave nothing to be desired. The pool villas are secluded and idyllic. Even though the furnishings are a bit dated, we felt very comfortable there. The breakfast restaurant on the terrace is a dream. Minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We really enjoyed the complimentary massage and late checkout. Thank you very much

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit vielen Freunden
Pros:

Die Kinder waren in einem Doppelzimmer, was sehr geräumig war, wir hatten erst eine Ocean Front Villa und danach einen Deluxe Pool Villa.
Alle Zimmer sind sehr zu empfehlen, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend

Cons:

In der Monsumzeit ist das Meer nur bedingt zu empfehlen, und alle Ausflüge starten in dieser Jahreszeit ab Phuket.
