Nice cabin, but too expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Cute cabin near the lake, nice sauna

Cons:

Bad communication with the host, missing items.
Also bed sheets were too small for the big bed, the bunk bed wasnt stable at all.
Not worth the money.

Très beau chalet typique avec une vue très belle et imprenable sur le lac. Couper du monde et calme. Personnel accueillant et gentil et disponible.

Cons:

Logement assez petit, canapé lit pas très confortable mais avec le sur matelas ça passe.

Pros:

Super logement, très bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons pu profiter du calme et du silence de l’endroit situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Ruka, parfait pour de belles balades dans la forêt où sur le lac gelé mitoyen. L’accueil est excellent et les hôtes se sont montrés tres disponibles pour nous conseiller et nous prêter des équipements de randonnée. Nous recommandons vivement !

Cons:

Опис помешкання не співдає з реальними кімнатами! Мало бути 4 односпальні ліжка а нам дали кімнату з двоярусним ліжком.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ein versteckter Juwel. Genau der richtige Ort, um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen und neue Energie zu tanken. Die Gastgeberin Judith ist ebenfalls ein Juwel. Herzlichen Dank - wir kommen eines Tages wieder!

Pros:

Our stay in the former groundskeeper's cottage was one of the highlights of our time in Lapland. The room is well-stocked with a variety of appliances and the location on the lake is perfect. The firewood is provided complimentary for one night but there was enough to last us both nights and the sauna.

Cons:

The convertible bed is a slight challenge to setup but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Superb
Pros:

A little house in the middle of nowhere. Close to the lake with a beautiful view! We were lucky to see the aurora from here.

Cons:

When the fire place is not on, it’s a bit cold in the house. So when you wake, you have to turn the fire on again.

Authentic & charming
Pros:

The cabin and surrounding forest were the absolute epitome of everything we dreamed a winter in Lapland would be. Peace and quiet, a fireplace, private sauna and ice swimming hole in the lake 20 meters from the cabin gave us all the relaxation we needed. This place is not fancy, but it's perfect.
A big thank you to the owners for being so patient and helpful, too.

Cons:

A few small things inside could use some minor repairs, like the window blinds or log holder.
