Fabulous home from home in the heart of the city.
Pros:

We loved the vibe of the entrance lobby and lounge/seating areas. Great space. Our check in experience was flawless, professional and friendly. Rooms where clean and very quiet (Sound proofing was excellent). Facilities in the rooms were great (Filter coffee and tea, plus useful mini bar stuff. However Tesco local just down the road too. Air conditioning in room and extension cable with USB's on it so well thought out. Bed and bedding where superb. Just a great experience all round.

Cons:

In our room the glazing (which is a very modern double glazed unit) used to be an opening window but now (with the AC I guess) the handles have been removed. The window was closed but was not completely sealed which meant some street noise found its way into the room. This wasn't a problem on any of the nights we stayed other than one bank holiday evening when there was a lot going on on the main road outside (Police cars coming past, some cars with music on loud etc). But if we hadn't stayed over a bank holiday then this wouldn't even be mentioned. And if we were a few years younger we would have been outside making some of the noise anyway! :)
