Cons:

Frühstück war gut. Es hat mich gestört, dass wir obwohl wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht haben für Cappuccino und Ei zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Aus meiner Sicht kleinlich und kompliziert. Ein weiteres Gericht (zweite Runde) aus dem Frühstücks Menü zu wählen hat zusätzlich gekostet.

Great hotel in a great location and good value for money.
Pros:

A really great venue located easily accessible between Old Street station and Liverpool Street. The staff are always outstanding in their ability to help and the room was comfortable and clean .

Cons:

Nothing . Maybe that they add a ‘service charge ‘ to my final bill without advising this in advance. The staff are exceptional and deserve a collective tip just I’d like it mentioned before I pay . So that I can make a decision around this . Whether it suited me or not . It was £9 but it’s the principle of not being aware .

Fabulous in every way!
Pros:

Everything! I loved the vibe, the location, the team (they were a standout), the rooms and the fact the team knew my name by the second day of my two week stay. Nothing was too tricky for the front desk which was awesome.

Cons:

The only thing was the extra charges. I stayed for two separate weeks in a row and wanted to store my bags for the middle two days and was charged for that which I felt could have been waived. They also wanted to charge me for early check in on week two which I thought was unreasonable. The room was available and I’d come back for a second week so I reckon they could have done the right thing and not even mentioned an extra charge. Also the rooms at the back are very warm so rooms on the front were much better I found.

Cons:

맨 마지막에 서비스 비용을 요구하는데. 들은바가 없어 내지 않았고, 별 문제는 없었습니다.

Ein tolles Hotel, um von dort als Homebase die Stadt für ein paar Tage zu entdecken!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, was die Speisen betrifft. Ausgefallen, sehr schön angerichtet und sehr lecker!

Cons:

Dass beim Frühstück nur 1 Getränk inkludiert ist und auch Tee und einfacher Filterkaffee dabei mit eingerechnet wird, ist leider etwas kleinlich.

Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück (Achtung: kein Buffet) und die Zimmer waren sauber und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Der Roomservice war schnell und zielgerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Lobbybereich und die Bar sind eher kalt und ungemütlich. Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und es gab nur eine große Bettdecke. Das wurde auf Bitte geändert. Es gab keine Audiobox im Zimmer. Der Check-out mit der standardmäßig erhobenen Servicegebühr ist aus meiner Sicht etwas fragwürdig.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es war genug Platz für uns 4.
Zusatzwünsche wurden vom lieben Personal sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir einen Fensterdefekt den wir am Abreisetag bemerkten. Das Fenster war nicht komplett dicht so dass wir das Gefühl hatten mitten draußen im Geschehen dabei zu sein. Und draussen ist eine sehr belebte Gegend.
