Pros:

Très confortable, staff sympa, propreté et qualité des commodités, quartier animé, petit déjeuner excellent (choix parmi des plats inspiration asiatique ou continental)
Produits de douche Debaser : top!

Cons:

Attention à la Service Tax, qui est facultative mais ajoutée à chaque addition.
Cette mauvaise surprise peut rapidement faire monter les factures de consommations, demander de la supprimer ou réduire si vous voulez donner des tips au personnes du staff.

Fint og behagelig hotell, fin opplevelse!
Pros:

Fint hotell med gode senger og fint bad. Veldig bra frokost tilbud. Spennende å se et nytt område i London. Serveringstilbud like ved og busstopp med buss til sentrum like utenfor.

Cons:

Litt utenfor selve sentrum, men gikk helt fint når vi fant ut av reisevei og måte. Hotellet ønsket vi skulle betale et servicepåslag, selv om vi hadde forhåndsbetalt for oppholdet. Vi betalte ikke påslaget, da vi ikke kunne skjønne hvorfor vi skulle det.

Lovely stay but very expensive
Pros:

I enjoyed the location and also the friendliness off the staff

Cons:

The gym is not a gym, I thought they said they had a wellness part but there was no spa or massage rooms. They also charged for everything!! Parking was super expensive!

Chambre confortable mais rapport qualité prix discutable au regard des prestations de petit déjeuner
Pros:

Chambre confortable et conforme aux attentes. Très calme et silencieux.
Le quartier est parfait.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pour une raison compliquée à comprendre, il faut payer un supplément pour certaines boissons (par exemple cappucino), même si on ne prend pas la totalité des plats proposés... De plus, le personnel nous avait donné une mauvaise information pour les horaires du petit-déjeuner, qui diffèrent entre le week-end et le lundi, nous n'avons donc pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner le lundi matin.
Enfin, 5% de tips sont automatiquement retenus sur le deposit, sans AUCUNE information, je trouve cette pratique scandaleuse, d'autant que l'avais laissé un bon pourboire en partant.
