Hotel Concordia

The hotel was a last minute choice. It was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location for sight seeing. Hotel was clean , smart and comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional.
The breakfast ( an optional extra ) was both extensive and great value for money.
Would highly recommend and we would return if bisiting Barcelona again

Loved this hotel! Had a perfect time, our experience in Barcelona was extra special because of the class and friendliness of everyone and everything here! We enjoyed the pool several times, we appreciated the extra water bottles provided, the size and comfort of the bed and room, the special surprise my boyfriend received on his birthday! The area had a great many restaurants and cafes and the metro across the street is super convenient. It's centrally located and not in a super touristy area which we prefer as well. Cant wait to come back!

We came to Barcelona for a family wedding. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. The room was lovely and housekeeping was excellent. Great to have a pool to relax by too. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice breakfast. Good selection.
Pool area was clean and was lovely to sit and relax there.
Was fairly central to metro and bus links but also walking distance to a lot of the main attractions

Weird smell by pool which came and went.
Had booked club room. Got a double. Asked guy at desk. He said it was club. Rechecked the description on app and it was not! He wouldn’t budge. So paid more for a club and got a double!!

Excellent Location and EXCELLENT Staff

The staff were lovely and very accommodating however the location is not the best.

There are lots of small businesses within a walking distance. Bakeries, restaurants, small shops.

This a great hotel to stay at to explore Barcelona. Directly across the street from a Metro station which means that you have access to the whole city. Spacious rooms, lovely breakfast and helpful, professional staff. Elevator was appreciated.

Smooth check in and check out process, reasonable amenities, lovely staff, functional pool and amazing breakfast menu.

We stayed at Hotel Concordia Barcelona for four nights and were quite disappointed with our overall experience, despite the hotel's convenient location within walking distance to Plaça Espanya.

At check-in, we specifically requested vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast. Unfortunately, over the three days, there were negligible choices available. This was especially frustrating given that we had communicated our dietary needs in advance.

Our room was located right next to a public street, and every night around 1–2 AM, trucks would arrive to empty trash bins, making extremely loud noises. It was nearly impossible to sleep through this. When we requested a room change, we were told it could only be done the next day.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working one night. We again requested a room change, but it was not addressed immediately and we were asked to wait until the next day. We were given a table fan, but when we requested an additional one, we were told there weren’t enough as multiple rooms on the second floor were experiencing AC issues.

The room setup also left much to be desired. The bed was made up of two single beds with wheels, pushed together to form a double bed. With even the slightest movement, the beds would roll apart, making it very uncomfortable to sleep with a partner.

The one positive aspect of our stay was the location, which is convenient for exploring key areas of the city. However, the lack of comfort, unresponsiveness to basic guest needs, and poor facilities made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Concordia. The location was great! Optional breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the space in the suite and the bed was comfortable and bath was clean and spacious. Although we didn't swim, the area by the pool was a nice warm get a way from the bustle of the city. When we arrived after hours I felt secure knowing someone was manning the door. Thank you!

My son was fortunate to win a competition which was a trip to Barcelona to see a match, the hotel was chosen by the competition provider.

Great location in a great area super helpful staff with fantastic English given my crippling lack of Spanish.
Very clean with great facilities, would highly recommend.

The hotel is very near Pablo Sec underground station and walking distance to some turist attraction, however it’s not a very nice area and from the hotel widow ‘the view’ was a very dodgy looking building of flats, very noisy we could hear the people arguing loudly every morning.
Overall the staying was ok, but I would not stay there again.
