When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.
River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.
Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.
Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, and the location was perfect
Outdoor patio had water leaking from above and I would have liked overhead lighting in the room

No hot breakfast, balkony with dripping water from above, disgusting elevator floor.
Was disappointed that fireplace didn’t work. I upgraded room especially for the fireplace and it didn’t work. When I told the lady at desk when checking out she pretty much said tuff luck. I’ll probably stay again but I won’t be upgrading anything that’s for sure

THEY charged my card 100.00 dollar's that they ask me to just put on file? and I do not know why.
That it was close too the strip
I did not like but it was not communicated with me that they were going to put $100 hold on my card
I had a better top floor room, it was clean and comfortable.

I thought the property was on the river. Looking at the pictures it showed the balcony over looking the water. I had to put a $100 deposit down after I had already paid for the room, and they had my card on file.
Fantastic large room, with 4 queen beds, sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. It was perfect for our large family! Great location and pool was fun!
Sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable and healthier options for breakfast.
