When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.

River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.

Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.

Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.

River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.

Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Fireplace a welcome sight.
Pros:

The location was perfect for walking to the main area.

Cons:

We arrived during a cold snap so unable to enjoy there nice veranda. The cozy fireplace was a welcome sight

Nice Location
Pros:

Location was close to Parkway and room was nice! The staff was extremely nice and helpful and they did have a grab and go breakfast that my son visited each mor ing for a honey bun and a sunny D

Cons:

The beds have metal bases that make noise when you move on them and mattresses were hard!

Nice perfect location. Nice room and staff.

Good location. Breakfast was limited. Was expecting a bit more than granola bars but fine as restaurants in the area.

The beds were comfortable. The location was a short walk to the man strip in Gatlinburg. Carolyn & Bryon were great & very friendly. The hotel was under renovation but other than that it was ok.

we love the fireplaces and the comfort of the beds. The walking distance to downtown is short too.
Pros:

It was a great place to stay. we've stay here several times and will come back again.

Cons:

sometimes it's hard to get into to park. The lots are small.

Overall we managed and still had a great time in Gatlinburg
Pros:

I liked the room and how close we were to the attractions. Barely moved our car, everything was conveniently close.

Cons:

I liked the room but it wasn’t the room I paid for at all. Supposed to have gotten the king room w/ private balcony. Instead was given the standard king w/ fireplace. I didn’t like how foot marks were left after everywhere you walked. The tv was large but couldn’t use the apps on the tv. Or connect any other devices if you wanted to use your mobile phone.
