When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.
River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.
Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.
Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Alles wat er moest zijn was aanwezig
Kleine badkamer in verhouding tot de gehele kamer.
Ontbijt was geen ontbijt
De bedden maakten een blikkerig geluid
Slecht. De kamer die wij in eerste instantie kregen was zo donker en direct berijdbaar vanaf de overloop dat het gevaarlijk was. We waren letterlijk weggestopt in een donker hoekje.
Het ontbijt was in zijn geheel in plastic verpakt en bestond vooral uit “bars”. De service qua betalen was een bizarre ervaring. De reservering moet je daadwerkelijk betalen en daarna moest ik ruim 2 weken zeuren om het geld terug te krijgen. Kort sorry maar slaat allemaal nergens op.

A more convenient section for smokers especially while it’s raining and a refrigerator that doesn’t freeze everything.
It was an older inn, but it was well taken care of and decorated in a way that made it both cute and comfortable. The pool was a saltwater pool, which was nice.
Perfect stay. Round the corner from the main strip and is 15 min walk from Anakeesta. Breakfast was included and had all the amenities listed. Short 20 min drive from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. The room gave a rustic feel which is exactly what you want in the smoky mountains, the fireplace is a cool touch. The staff were very helpful and gave me lots of food recommendations which were so good.
There were a lot of renovations happening which meant staircases were closed etc. it didn’t cause me too much of an inconvenience because I am an early riser but they started the work each day around 8am and it was loud therefore if you wanted to sleep in later you wouldn’t have been able to due to the noise.

The location is great, it’s right next to the strip. Our rooms and bed are great too. Our bathroom and shower are clean and nice. We’ve come here twice now and we love it here. I really like the new tvs and stations that are available.
We loved the room and location. It was perfect for all 8 of us in our family.

Everything is clear instructed. Location os so convenient to the trolley stop (across the street) for the red route that takes you to the most restaurants , anakeesta and the aquarium. Room is clean. Breakfast is ok. But we are not there to eat breakfast.
Location was excellent!! Staff very nice
Room a little dated bed was too high elevator was dirty did not like the lighting remote/tv was a bit challenging
