When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.
River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.
Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.
Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Breakfast Option was very slim. But didnt need due to the many breakfast options nearby. Wake Up Early, Go to Pancake Pantry.
Location. Didn't like being charged $250 for smoking in the balcony. I booked thru a 3rd party and when I arrived at the location I was not told about the policy. Later that day, my family and and i witnessed hotel staff standing over a man working with dangerous chemical and SMOKING while doing so. I just figured if the policy was SO strict, why was he allowed to smoke?? I do have pics and video

Located towards the East end of the strip and is just a block off. Very quiet at night.
Grab and go breakfast doesn’t start until 8, so if you are looking to get up and hiking early, you will have to grab something elsewhere. We had a jacuzzi room and the toilet was kind of cramped with the wall just an inch or 2 from the left side of the toilet.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Good location. Trolley stop right across the street.

We were put next to the office. In all the times I have stayed at a hotel which has been several. This is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The office staff showed hesitation about putting me near the pool after me telling her my daughter was 4. I told her it would be just fine for her to think that way shows she cares about her customers. I loved it and will definitely be back!!
