When booking 5 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 4 rooms.
River Edge Inn is a Small-Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 50 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty.
Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover amenities will be delivered by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room.
Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or River Edge Inn management; front desk; or any employee, receives other dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
River Edge Inn will NOT release the $250 incidental deposit in the event of small dog(s) damaging the room and its contents by, but not limited to, urinating; fouling; hair-shedding etc., and/or causing a noise disturbance that is not attended to by the guest(s). Small dogs are permitted in specific rooms only; small dog-friendly rooms can be requested by contacting River Edge Inn's direct line (865) 436-9292. Dogs are NOT permitted in the office or breakfast area, or in the pool area, per public health laws.
Registered service animals, that are dogs, are welcome in accordance with current ADA standards. Emotional support animals, that are dogs, are NOT considered to be service animals by the ADA, or River Edge Inn. A guest, whose registered service animal is a noise disturbance or causes damage to the room and its contents as outlined above, will also be subject to the same $250.00 cleaning fee. Vi fick ett rum på markplan i närheten av poolen och tyckte att det var väldigt bra.
Vi läste i tidigare recensioner att de hade problem med avloppen. Det fick vi dessvärre erfara och byta rum efter stopp i toaletten, vilket var en besvärlig och tidskrävande historia. Fick ingen kompensation för det inträffade. Personalen är tyvärr inte så tillmötesgående. Frukosten är knapphändig med endast förpackade livsmedel. Luftkonditioneringen låter mycket högt och har ett ojämnt ljud. Det är fuktigt i rummet. Och dörren är trög att öppna. Är condition läcker, dessvärre från alla rum och rinner ner på balkongen är under, vilket gör det svårt att sitta där ute och eller torka sina badkläder utomhus. Poolen och poolområdet är dock väldigt välskött.
Location was great
The room was comfy and clean and the beds were soooo comfortable which is not always the case in hotels. The location was perfect and where we could walk to the strip easy.
There was limited parking near out room. The pool is also pretty small but its not a big deal.

Rooms were comfortable and beautiful.
Close, convenient and quiet
Room had a nice view of the pool. Bed was very comfortable and clean. It was very quite, you could hear the river very well, and less than 50 feet from the sidewalk next to the river. The room was very updated looking.
The lighting in the room could have been better where the beds were. The room had 2 small lamps that hung upside down, which made it a little hard to see at night. The flooring in the elevator had several mats over it, could you use some hard flooring, but looked they were in the middle of repairing things.

La ubicación excelente. Camas muy cómodas. Con suficiente espacio para guardar ropa y demás indumentarias, etc.
Aun cuando la habitación era para no fumadores, creo que en los pasillos externos fumaban y el humo se filtraba hacia la habitación, deduzco qué pasaba por la ranura de la puerta qué da hacia el balcón... Aun cuando se tiene en conocimiento que el desayuno es muy básico, podrían cambiar parte de las chucherías o dulces por alguna porción o menudencia salada. (Este segundo punto no es queja, más bien lo manifiesto como una sugerencia.
