Loved it. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Perfect location for us as it’s near family, but really easy tram ride into Heidelberg centre ( about 10 minutes). Handschuhiem is a lovely area with lots of little cafes and restaurants. Great free coffee to help yourself to and a really great bar and restaurant from 4 until 11. Food was good and the front of house guy was lovely.

Cons:

We were there in a heatwave so although we had a great fan, it was super hot. But it was everywhere.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt im Zimmer über einem. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt - bis nachts hat diese sehr laut Geräusche/eine Laute Vibration gemacht.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, allerdings war die Nacht aufgrund der hellhörigen Zimmertüren leider nicht ganz erhols

Die Buchung war kurzfristig und völlig unkompliziert möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselsafe hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war sehr praktisch. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Zimmer sind auch i.O.

Cons:

Leider dichten die Zimmertüren nicht ausreichend ab, sodass Geräusche aus dem Flur und den benachbarten Zimmern deutlich zu hören sind. Besonders störend war, dass andere Gäste gegen 4 Uhr morgens längere Telefongespräche geführt haben, wodurch an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war

Prima voor een korte stop, Heidelberg goed bereikbaar
Pros:

ÖV vor der Tür, gleichnamige Restaurant (andere Eigentümer) ist empfehlenswert. Zimmer geräumig (hatte eins mit Balkon) und sauber.

Cons:

Kein Personal, kein Lift.

Tardaron en atenderme en recepción como medka hora, mi 'habitación' resultaba estar en otro edificio y daba a la calle. Las paredes super finas que escuchabas todo, cama super incomoda individual, baño horrible, sucio, descuidado, imposible dormir por la noche.
Horrible.

Durchgehend Unwohlgefühl,
Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich in einem Nebengebäude. Es war das schmutzigste Zimmer, das ich je in einem Hotel gebucht habe. Die Wände an der Bettnische waren extrem verschmutzt, das Bad war verschimmelt und verrostet. Es gab Spinnweben im Zimmer und das Treppenhaus war stark verraucht und der Teppichboden war alles andere als sauber. Im Bad war vor dem Waschtisch nur 35 cm Platz zum Stehen.

Keine Klimaanlage. Rezeption nicht besetzt. Vergessen Code für Schlüssel zu übermitteln. Kein Frühstück möglich. Teurer als z.b. Ibis oder vergleichbares Hotel bei deutlich geringerer Leistung.
