Deluxe iat dabei nichts gewesen, nur pasabel.

Vieles defekt und unbrauchbar!
Ausstattung veraltet.
Klein, dafür das es „Deluxe“ sein soll, naja. Eher mittelmässig, würde es „Basic“ nennen.

Jag skulle absolut återvända om jag hälsar på i Heidelberg i framtiden!
Pros:

Mycket bra standard i förhållande till priset. Goda kommunikationer - nära till S-Bahn (linje 5 och linje 25). Bra och trevligt dönerställe samt brunchrestaurang i samma kvarter.

Inget att anmärka på.

Lage, Ausstattung, Inneneinrichtung

Cons:

Personal war nie zu erreichen und saß kein einziges Mal an der Rezeption, wenn wir da waren. Haben es 4-5 Mal probiert und unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Lüfter im Badezimmer war zudem sehr laut.

We (family with kid) were placed at the attic (4th floor, be mindful as theres no elevator in the building), the room was freezing cold, theres one heater for the whole room but did not function as intended.

Please buy a new bed
Pros:

Room 24 was nice. The hotel has a modern style and a very good location. Tho it is not in the center, you can take the tram to the center and will be there in 10 minutes. There are cafes & shops nearby.

Cons:

Room 34 was a disaster. The bed was extremely squeaky. The matrasses were too soft, so the bed made noise at every movement. We slept very badly the first night, tossing and turning and constantly woke each other up. There was no Wifi reception in the room, so Netflix didn't work.
The next day we asked to be moved, thank God room 24 was free. Otherwise we would have probably moved to another hotel.
Please, for all of us, please invest 300-400€ for a better bed and better mattrasses.
Since room 24 was better, I'm giving a neutral 6.

Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut. Bahnhaltestelle war quasi direkt vor der Tür und die Bahn ist alle 10 Minuten in die Altstadt gefahren. Hat auch keine 10 Minuten gedauert.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge waren zu kurz, so dass man es nicht wirklich abdunkeln konnte. Außerdem ist der Fön sehr schwach.
