Pros:

We loved how clean everything was. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast every morning exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The beds are not very comfortable, a little on the firm side for us and the room was a bit small.

Close enough to Hershey Park. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Nice place. Hotel is very clean and looks better in person. The free breakfast was nice. I think the scrambled eggs were watery could have been powdered. The Greek yogurt was good, boiled eggs were good. Spacious area to eat breakfast. Nice to have coffee and tea access all day. The suit was spacious. The bathroom was a bit dated. Pool house is outside the property. The restaurant options within walking was excellent.
Staff super nice. Maps and brochures available.

Pros:

Loved the room we wound up in. Breakfast was amazing! The front desk staff was really great!!

Cons:

The staff checked someone else into my room.so it took about an hour and a half to get it sorted out and actually get checked in. They had to put us in 2 different rooms then, which was a little inconvenient but the staff on that day were very friendly and really did everything they could to fix the situation.

Exceptional
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with good ingredients and high protein options and even overnight oats! Spacious rooms at a reasonable rate, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, and great facilities. Coffee mugs even available for those concerned about microplastics in the lining of paper cups. The coffee in the lobby is excellent! Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Very very clean, wonderful breakfast, super friendly staff. Specifically choose this hotel when we travel back and forth to see our son in New York.

Cons:

Bed wasnt terribly conformable. Water pressure isn't the best. But nothing to keep is from staying here.
