فندق ممتاز ، ذو فن معماري مميز . العاملون في الفندق على درجة عالية من المهنية متعاونون وودودون يشعرونك كأنهم يعرفونك من زمان. كذلك وجبة الافطار ممتازة ورغم صغر حجم البوفيه إلا إنك لا تشعر بأن هناك شيء ناقص! وأفضل في الفطور هو استقبال العاملين في المطعم الذي يشعرك بالسعادة . الغرفة ممتازة ونظيفة . موقع الفندق ممتاز تستطيع أن تصل إلى مبتغاك ماشياً ، وعندما لا ترغب في المشب فإن سيارة الأجرة في انتظارك !

L emplacement de l hôtel , le personnel très accueillant, bar sympa

Cons:

La chambre est vieillotte,la ventilation de la salle de bain ne marche des gouttes coule du plafond, mais le plus gros problème est l insonorisation de la chambre 346 vous entendez les portes claquées à 8h du matin le chariot de la femme de ménage…… il va falloir absolument revoir ce problème pour un 5*

A wonderful hotel with lots of charm and great staff
Pros:

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, such delicious food and you can order eggs the way you like them. The staff were really nice, knowledgeable and kind - such good client service, I felt like really treated (I don't usually stay in 5 stars!!). The hotel also has an amazing smell. The bed is comfy and lots of good pillows. The hotel also has some pieces of art around it and the decor is cool - the bar and the rooftop are especially beautiful.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out if (or how) to close the skylight so the light woke me up in the morning. The pool was also not open for use which I would have liked- for a Brit it doesn't need to be 25 degrees for a swim.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien la première nuit. Et la soufflerie très bruyante. Cela a été corrigé à notre demande le lendemain. Le lendemain soir, pas de capsule de café pour notre machine et pas d'eau minérale. Quand nous sommes rentrés du diner nous avons appelé l'accueil de l'hôtel et le réceptionniste nous a apporté les capsules et de l'eau en précisant qu'il était tard...
En bref, le service était moyen.
Une impression mitigée. Un vrai 5 étoiles . Emplacement top. Déco au top mais service laissant à désirer. Ils avaient organisé un diner du jour de l'an au tarif de 495€ auquel nous ne sommes pas allés. Ils avaient réquisitionné le bar et en rentrant malgré le peu de monde au bar de l'hôtel (deux personnes seulement), nous n'avons pu prendre un dernier verre en rentrant dans notre hôtel sous prétexte que nous n'avions pas pris le dîner du jour de l'an. Moyen moins...
Peut être que nous y sommes allés à la mauvaise période . A revoir.

Pros:

The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

This is not a 5* hotel. The rooms are old and worn out. We spent 1 night in a room where there was no aircon and piping hot. The sound proofing was terrible - you could literally hear everything from inside the hotel (other rooms, hallways, steps and so on) as well as from the street.
