Todo bien salvo por el servicio de limpieza y habitación. Pésimo servicio.

La ubicación y las instalaciones.

Cons:

Me pareció pésimo el servicio de habitación y limpieza. En cinco noches que pagamos nos pusieron amenities una sola vez. Se supone que es un hotel de cinco estrellas. El aseo de la habitación malo. Dejaron la basura sin recoger. Tampoco nos colocaron las dos botellas de agua a diario.

Pros:

j'ai bien que l'on prend en charge votre voiture à l'arrivée, la piscine sur le toi petite mais très agréable, le bar du rooftop, l'exposition, l'architecture du lieux.

Cons:

J'ai été déçu, par la salle de sport un peu petite et moyennement équipé. Le restaurant étant fermé au mois d'aout nous n'avons pas pu en profité, cela à du avoir des conséquences sur les petit déjeuner.

Flott hotell med bra beliggenhet og veldig hyggelig personale. Reint og fint og flott hotell.
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig personale. Hjalp med restaurant bookinger og guidet meg i rett retning til serverdigheter.

Fantastiskt mottagande och hög service genom hela min vistelse. Otroligt fint och mysigt. Nyttjade särskilt takterassen och maten var utmärkt!

Es la décima vez quen os hospedamos en el Urban, desde al año 2010 que fue la primera vez.
Pros:

Ubicación y habitación pequeña pero super cómoda. La atención es personalizada, lamentablemente han cambiado al personal, sólo queda desde siempre el "fantástico" Juan Manuel que es un touch. Sería importante que no roten al personal, es muy apreciado por los clientes encontrar a las mismas personas.
Pero el Urban es el Urban, y no lo cambiamos.

Luxury feel without the luxury prices
Pros:

Definitely felt like a higher-end hotel, without the extremely high-end prices. We were welcomed by very friendly staff with a glass of Cava, and our bags were brought to our rooms very promptly. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and dramatic, and everything was very clean. The room was comfortable and elegant, and the bathroom, with a double sink, two showers, and a separate toilet room with a bidet, was very nice.

Cons:

Some of the lights in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, and the only waste bin in the bathroom was very small and in the separate toilet room, but other than that, can't think of any complaints.

Great vibrant hotel located in the heart of Madrid with great service and amenities.
Pros:

The service provided by all the staff was excellent.
The interior design of the hotel was a delightful surprise.
The location of the hotel was exceptional.
The car park was great.

Cons:

The wardrobe automatic light did not turn off due to the hinged door not aligned. The suite room size was great but lacked shelving or storage space for bathroom items and suitcase placement.
