There was not a free complimentary breakfast
I arrived after many hours of driving that originated in Northern Ontario. The drive is approximately 7 hrs.
I tried two hotels prior to Courtyard Marriot. The initial one had a non-functioning swimming pool, something that I had clarification was functional when I booked the room. The second hotel was in the north end of the city.
I was happy to get accommodations at Courtyard Marriot.
The Reservation desk lady was patient, kind, supportive and did everything she could to help me get the best experience possible.
I went to my room, attended to preparing my work clothes for the next two days. When I ran the water for a hot bath, there was no hot water. With 2 inches of cold water in the tub, I called the front desk. The young woman found another room for me. She assisted me in making the change.
Bearing in mind, I was exhausted from my long drive, that I am 76 yrs old, this young woman's assistance was paramount to my well-being.
The rest of my stay went well.
If i return to London Ontario, I will return to Courtyard Marriot for my accommodations.

The person at the counter was wonderful. Both professional and approachable. The place was quite nice and, for the most part, comfortable. I appreciated the night light with motion sensor.
I'm doing a neutral face on facilities and comfort, for lack of breakfast. Not a huge concern, and I could have looked into it, but I assumed for the price, and being a mid-tier hotel, I could get breakfast baked in.
Also the T-stat felt a bit weird, maybe because I'm a fahrenheit person. Just seemed like it was swinging between cooling and heating.

Facility was clean...well except with the issues with the parking lot - looks like the manhole sewers were clogged and the parking lot was flooded...
We stay at this hotel several times throughout each year. It is our first choice for our family of five. The suite fits us all and we like having a mini-fridge and two televisions. The towels and bedding are good quality. The workout room has been redone and is much better. I do wish, however, that there were wipes provided for cleaning the equipment after use. The front desk staff are always very good.
The person working the front desk both Dec 25 and Dec 26 was amazing. Incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating! Very appreciative of his help.
WORST HOTEL EVER! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL! There are BEDBUGS at this hotel, they have refused to issue me a refund despite the fact that I and my guests could not sleep in the hotel due to the bedbugs. Bedbugs were crawling all over, one of my guests was bitten vicariously by bedbugs. Terrible and very terrible customer service. I have pictures and videos of what happened and these bedbugs running around. The hotel did not care! BOOK HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! A bedbug bite does a lot to your health.
