מעליות ללא מזגן,ללא אוורור ומאוד קטנות,הזמנו חדר עם מרפסת ,קבלנו ללא מרפסת,המזגן בקושי עבד בזמן שבחוץ היה 38 מעלות.במלון עושים שיפוצים בחדרים,בצהראים היה רעש.לא ציונו לפנינו שיש שיפוצים.
Lovely hotel in a quiet area. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the bathrooms were good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast with great variety and quantity of food available. Tram stop just outside which made getting in and out of the city centre very easy.

Le bruit du tram
Lo staff è stato molto gentile sia telefonicamente, sia di persona, flessibile l’orario del check in, buona la colazione, camera spaziosa e pulitissima, completa di set di cortesia (con tanti elementi che raramente si trovano).
Purtroppo la camera era una ghiacciaia, sembrava di stare al polo Nord. Avevano impostato una potentissima aria condizionata, ma a dei livelli da star male. Pur spegnendo l’aria condizionata, si moriva di freddo.
