The bed was fairly comfy

Cons:

Broken AC unit in room with a window without a screen that couldn’t be left open without somebody trying to break in, room wasn’t clean and came with free rodent friends, lack of security.

Staff can only do so much
Pros:

The staff tried to correct issues - no clean towels, air conditioner didn't work, room smelled like smoke, no ice - moved us to different room, brought a glass of ice, brought clean towels

Cons:

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, AC didn't work, no towels - these things should be checked n corrected prior to guest arrival as we booked well in advance

The bed was big

The floor felt like I was sticking to it and homeless people fighting outside of window all night I feel like I should have been paid to sleep there , bathtub has rust growing off of it, tv sound didn't work.

Awful
Pros:

Nothing it was awful

Cons:

Beds awful, staff rude, very sketchy area, blood all over bedding, no towels, had to beg for any services. Worst stay ever! It was only hotel room available figured would try it out and wish never went to PA. We basically needed a place to lay our head and rest and NO rest was had. Walls thin and so loud every sound was heard. AC couldn’t even keep the noise out.
