Loved the pool and staff great
Pros:

staff amazing so friendly great customer service great breakfast and good food in general amazing pool loved it

Pros:

Es war ein großer Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Kaffee, Tee mit einem Wasserkocher, Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Die Dusche war immer mit heißen Wasser nutzbar. Das Hotel ist nur ca. 2,5KM vom Flughafen entfernt
Die Lage ist gut und geht in Kuta über mit Einkaufszentrum.

Cons:

Leider hatte das Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet. Man konnte zwischen kontinentales, amerikanisches und asiatisches Frühstück wählen.
Ich war erschrocken ,wie verschmutzt der Strand am mehreren Stellen (Plastikmüll, Glas usw. in Tuban war,
Das haben andere Länder z.B. Thailand und Brasilien besser im Griff.

Fijne lokatie in winkel en restaurants straat, maar geen lawaai in je kamer.
Pros:

De grote algemene veranda waar je kan eten en ontbijten met uitzicht op de winkelstraat, je kijkt je ogen uit. Ruime slaapkamer met terras en uitzicht op her zwembad.

Very disappointed with The Green Garden
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool, just needed more pool lounges there was only 5 available

Cons:

There was no buffet breakfast, just ala carte, minimum selection on restaurant menu. No Spa . Mattress very hard . We use to stay at the Green Garden before Covid and really enjoyed it. Since the renovations we where very disappointed, the breakfast very average, No Buffet, they use to have a great spa, now that is gone

Value for money stay
Pros:

Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness and maintenance of very high standards. Nice, clean pool. Rooftop seating area & Sundeck is an added bonus. Good location. Very satisfied with the food options.

Cons:

WiFi was dropping at times in the room.
