Good value great location.
Pros:

The location was great. The price was just right. The room was clean with a good view. The bed was just right not too hard and not too soft.

Cons:

The only complaints are minor and not really complaints. There were no bagels at breakfast and no fruit for the yogurt.

I will never Book with this Hotel again how can you charge my card for parking when the hotel supposed to had a parking

Someone was controlling the Breakfast food when it supposedly had came with the room we got charges for parking fees which was 40.00 a night that they never mentioned when we checked in the the parking lot we had to use was all the around the corner at a time when we had luggage and it was pouring down raining so if you looking for somewhere convenient to stay this will not be the place.

Great value, great staff and my stay came with free breakfast.
Pros:

Location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and night life.

Cons:

Room was a little cold but bearable (early April). They gave an extra blanket.

יש ירידה ממש רצינית מבחינת המלון. ארוחת הבוקר מינימלית עד כדי מגוחכת
המתקנים מאד מאכזבים, לא מנקים את החדר, רק מחליפים מגבות ומוסיפים דברי רחצה
הזמנו חדר בגודל 27 מר, לא נראה לי שזה היה הגודל בפועל

הצוות אדיש וחמור סבר, בקושי עונים

Worst stay EVER at Best Western
Pros:

I had to wait for over 1 1/2 hours in the lobby for my room to be ready (cleaned) for a 4pm check in time. I arrived at 3:45 pm ahead of time and told it would only by a couple of minutes. The room was not actually ready until 5:25pm. I asked for another room but was told that since I had booked for a 5 night stay that this room was already booked for me and that I was unable to change to a different room due to the booking.

I believe that since the check in time was for 4pm then the room should have been ready for that particular check in time and that quests should not have to wait in the lobby for over 1 1/2 hours for a room to be cleaned that should have already been ready, and that staff should not misled guests by stating that the room would be ready in a couple of minutes.

I have stayed at this particular hotel 4 times in the past and this is the first time that I have ever had this kind of service. It us subpar!

I was woken up at 7am the next morning after finally getting into my room and unpacking by hotel staff stating that I was to be given a complimentary room upgrade by management and would need to pack my room and move to the new room. I do not understand why this was not offered to us in the begging during that fiasco of a check in.
