Cozy room for a business trip at a great price.
Pros:

Conveniently located near a 24 hour store, close distance to conference hotels, lots of places to eat and walking distance to The French Quarter was minimal.

Cons:

Rooms are really cold. I left my AC off during my whole stay and it was perfect for me.

Location is perfect if you self cater and don’t want to use a gym!

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Fitness suite shouldn’t be advertised as a facility for the hotel, the staff don’t know where it is! Customers need to be aware that it is half a mile away, in a mall, on the top floor with no signage. Not great to promote when we booked thinking it would be an option. Breakfast was average and the same every day.

Pros:

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. I was give an interior room when I did not reserve one, the ft desk was very unhelpful to change our room. Th process took over two hours and she was very rude. It was after checking and none of the rooms were cleaned and our room was dirty, light bulbs were out and they didn’t clean the room until
After 5 pm I reported this issue to corp
And no response. There are other hotels that are much better with friendly staff. I do not recommend this hotel

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Rey and Toni were excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were gorgeous. It is walkable, clean and centrally located.
