Pros:

I have been to Santiago a few times and always stay in hotels. I would recommend the Aparta hotel to everyone traveling to this area. It has reasonably priced rooms, clean, good breakfast which is always on time, good customer service, taxi to and from the airport so let them know if this service is needed. There is also a nice Italian restaurant nextdoor. The Hospital is in walking distance. I didn't see a police station but the area is quite save. I went to stay for 7 days but when I realized I had to extend I didn't hesitate to extend my stay at Aparta. Lets support Aparta Hotel

Pros:

Terrible manager/owner claiming paid was not done, not familiar with Hotels.com system at all.
We end up not staying!

Apartahotel with great location in Santiago.
Pros:

The hotel is in a nice area and close to great restaurants and the owner is there at all the time making sure you you are happy.

Pros:

This place is a dump, they are charging you money for a place that is a dump. If you want people to stay then make it updated. When I arrived me were locked into the place. It felt like I was in prison. Please do not go there. I spent 3 hours and had to leave. Expedia when you recommend a place. It would suit you to have someone inspect and look at the place before offering it to paying customers.

Pros:

The manager was great and so helpful. It is a safe place to rest while passing through and the service was excellent! The manager was attentive and offered assistance with any and everything. Breakfast was included, and that was a nice touch. I recommend this place as a comfortable and safe place with basic accommodations; where you can rest your head without worry, and very close to Caribe Tours bus station (two blocks).
