This place was our first night in Madrid after a long international flight. While clean, with a great staff, it was tiny
Pros:

The location was great and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was too small/tiny, and cramped with simply not enough room for 4 people to move around and get in and out of their luggage/the bathroom etc. This is a hotel room layout, small. The bunk room had no windows. No table or chairs etc.
No views, no balcony etc.

Cons:

The location in the city was great.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Second time staying here when watching Manchester City play Real Madrid.
The hotel is in a great location. The staff are night. The rooms are decent. Just all round good hotel. My brother was praising the shampoo too 🤣

Cons:

The only minor issue is that the rooms aren’t sound proof so when people are coming or leaving or running up/down the stairs or talking outside in the corridors you can hear it. Someone even had a dog in the corridor today which was barking which I wasn’t impressed with.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación no es muy grande pero suficiente para descansar. Nosotros hemos viajado con mascota y han estado super amables con nosotros, enseguida nos dieron unas cosas para nuestro perrete, y nos dejaron un bebedero y una cama para el. Muy recomendable.

No podemos decir nada malo.
