We loved our stay here and will come back next time we are in Madrid!
Pros:

This is my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it! It was extremely close to everything from shopping and metro. The staff is always friendly.

Cons:

The rooms can use some updates unfortunately. But considering location and welcoming attitude that is what brought me back!
