La ubicación excelente

Cons:

Se sentía muy caliente la habitación al parecer el aire no funcionaba bien, se siente mucho el ruido de las personas por el pasillo y en ocasiones de las otras habitaciones, no tenía vista agradable, solo nos obsequiaron una botella de agua el primer día, sería bueno que fuese todos los días cuando uno se hospeda por varios días

Great location and friendly staff, but the room was much smaller than expected

Very good location, friendly staff; we were allowed to check in late at night at 1 a.m.

Great location in central Madrid
Pros:

Nice room with a small balcony overlooking a very busy pedestrianised street - the double glazed balcony doors were excellent. The staff were generally very good. The location was excellent - a very short walk from Puerta del Sol. Breakfast was nice with good choices and two coffee machines.

Cons:

The lifts were a bit unpredictable.

Nos gusto la ubicación, está excelente, parecía limpio, la habitación cuádruple pequeña, cumple para pasar la noche, el personal super atento, se agradece el agua embotellada

Cons:

Las chinches definitivamente no van con la relación precio - calidad, ya entrada la noche bajamos a reportar con los bichitos, la recepcionista muy amable nos cambió de habitación las cuales tuvimos que revisar y aunque resolvió rápidamente, si afectó nuestra estancia pues salimos a buscar repelente, revisar nuestras cosas y ya no dormimos agusto ni las horas programadas pues salíamos al día siguiente, esperemos mejoren está situación.
