Bums and Condoms! Not for us!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and there was a large screen TV.

Cons:

1. Very scary neighborhood (Burnside) with bums nearby. 2. Hotel was dim lit and the hotel room had direct access to the outside so anyone could knock on your door. 3. We had to pay to park two blocks away 4. The exterior windows of the hotel weren't very clean which is always an indicator of the care of the building. 5. The room was okay but not up to my standards. No clock or phone, and instead of leaving two mints on the pillow, we were left with two branded condoms, and I was traveling with my son. We called it the "Murder Porn" Hotel. I booked it because it was close to a concert we were attending. I'll drive a little further next time.

Quite noisy and not very clear about concierge position. It is in the other building on the other side of the road. Acceptable cleanness. Quite noisy.

Quirky, comfortable, conveniently located in a great neighborhood to explore.
Pros:

Love the aesthetic and room mural. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Showing a little age here and there, but nothing that would detract really. Location is great, right by some of my favorite spots. No complaints there!

Cons:

The split between the two hotels, and needing to check in across the street. Not sure if I missed that in communications, but I didn't see the signs and had to find a staff member to ask. Really, just the split facilities... the food and drink being across the street. Small complaint, though, not big.

Pros:

The room was small but fairly handy with goid bathroom. Bed was so-so

Cons:

Noise. Noisy street; noisy workers around all day.
Parking. NOT included! Add $20-$40 per day! Or street. That was not in the description

Cool Portland vibe
Pros:

Cool place to stay despite the high number of homeless individuals in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, especially because of the numerous restaurants close by and the reasonable walking distance to downtown. I found it a bit pricey for what it offers, but I believe that is simply the average for Portland.

Cons:

The room lacked a refrigerator, and having the ice machine located all the way down in the underground parking lot was a bit inconvenient.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. Loved the Fun Vibe.
Pros:

I really liked the unexpected quirky vibe with the twist on words and phrases. I didn't expect such a fun playful experience. The simplicity of my room was like no other I have experienced. No hooks anywhere in the room, no phone, no coffee pot, no closet or hangers, etc. etc. BUT I find this simplicity probably helps with keeping everything neat and tidy. I loved that they had a fridge and snacks in the room that you could purchase.

Cons:

I wish the morning coffee option was a little better for guest staying in the "Original Jupiter". The ice machine was in a decent location, but there was no option for filling water bottles.
