Bellissima vista, personale accogliente e gentilissimo. Colazione favolosa!
Pros:

L’albergo offre una visita incredibile sulla città di Bangkok, nonostante la struttura sia un po datata. La colazione è eccezionale. Bellissima la piscina, pulizia impeccabile. Il bar sul root top è bellissimo ma troppo caro.

Cons:

Struttura deludente. Hall inesistente , si passa da dentro un un atrio comune, si avete capito bene.
Odore nauseabondo perenne, sia nella hall che nei dintorni. Delusione totale. Camere retrò, da rivedere

Lebua Tower Stay August 2026
Pros:

The room we were in was amazing, staying on the 52 floor with lounge access included with our stay and the mini bar being complimentary was a great addition to our stay.

Cons:

The surrounding area is a bit noisy and even being on the 52nd floor you can still hear alot of the outside ambiance. Aside from a small shopping center there wasnt too much to do within walking distance that we found while staying here. One direction is a bunch of jewelery, and tailor stores, and the other is restaurants and massage parlors. Compared to other places we have stayed in Bangkok, it doesn't compare.

Our worse experience in Lebua

We always stay in this hotel and we love it.

Cons:

Didnt like that I sent all informations for my check in and the team was not prepared at all. We arrived tired at 2am and even our extra bed was not in the room…

Didnt like that the breakfast was not what we expected and we normally have… the breakfast was in a different room and not the same quallty … not nice for a 5 stars hotel that the team took out breakfast (at the time…) but they didnt inform the guests before

If you want the luxury experience of customer service and fine finishes, this is the stay for you

My second visit, I love the luxury feel

Cons:

Unfortunately unlike my first visit, the pool deck and main food area was unavailable due to renovation, but I understand this is maintenance and investment which are good signs long term.. Also the temporary food egg station was outside and separate to the other food and was quite difficult to find at first..
