Pros:

The room is big and comfortable and well designed. The space for the living room and bedroom is separated and bathroom is also good. Breakfast is generally good with great diversity. The river view is excellent.

Cons:

The location is not great. A little bit far from BTS station. Food provided at the lounge is generally good, but sushi is terrible. Fish and vegetables are OK, but the rice is not tasty at all. They made a terrible mistake for boiling it.

it is a nice hotel with amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar which is awesome

Cons:

the rooms are old and not at the level of a new 5 star hotel. This hotel has it best days years ago. It should not be ranked as a 5 star hotel, renovation is highly needed.

The view is amazing.
Pros:

The city and river view is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. From check in to check out is very smooth. You will be treated like a royalty.

Cons:

It’s too old and the lighting is too dim. But all is good.

Struttura elegante . Organizzata . Colazione ricca di scelta e di qualità elevata. Personale attento e cordiale. Camere spaziose e confortevoli con letti King Size con viste panoramiche sul canale e sullo Sky line della città. I tre ristoranti tra cui uno stellato presentano un ampia scelta.

La zona del canale su cui si affaccia non ha come in altri punti passeggiate panoramiche con ristoranti

Pros:

Wonderful location very friendly and helpful staff beautiful facilities

Cons:

They were a little weird about their rooftop bar. I realize a lot of people try to get up there for a photo op that maybe aren't guests but as a paying guest I thought I needed to be treated a little bit better

Good value as the room was discounted 50% but the rooms need real work

Sky bar was great. Expensive but stunning

Cons:

Very shabby. Rooms need serious updating. Paid for an upgrade for a higher floor but told them we had a 4am check out time but put is in a room literally above a bar where the music played until 1am. TV was broken as was the toilet
