Entirely worthy of its 5-star rating
Pros:

I booked a 2-bedroom premium suite for 3 nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday in 5-star luxury. Our suite was on the 53rd floor with panoramic views over Bangkok which were mesmerising. The hotel and more importantly the hotel staff are fantastic, entirely worthy of its 5-star rating. An issue with our room was immediately rectified and more than compensated for. The Lebua is clearly focused on the guest experience and cares deeply of its reputation for doing so. Highly recommended.

La chambre et la vue incroyable, super petit déjeuner .

Cons:

Le hall d’entrée à l’abandon, la propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer. A peine arrivé une personne qui y travaille nous demande de mettre 5 étoiles en mentionnant son nom et en disant de la remercier pour l’accueil .

An unforgettable experience at one of Bangkok's most iconic luxury destinations

Our Stay at Lebua Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected sophistication, warmth and world class hospitality. The spacious suite with breathtaking views of the river and Bangkok skyline created a truly memorable experience.
A special appreciation to Mr. Rajan Khurana whose leadership and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected especially when I saw him in the lobby at 10 PM meeting with the guest and taking feedback.
Lebua is not just a hotel - It's an experience, a destination, and a benchmark of luxury hospitality in Bangkok. Looking forward to returning again soon.
