So dissapointing
Pros:

Location was where I needed to be for an event. Included free parking.

Cons:

I stayed here many years ago, back when it was a wonderful hotel. I was so shocked by the decline in standards. Entrance through the creepy old mall with hazard tape. Broken air con control in my room. Very dated room without amenities I expect in a 5 start hotel or even a 4 star. For example, a bathtub but no products to use for bathing. Only a shower gel stuck to the wall in the shower on the other side of the room. Breakfast used to be such a nice experience, they no longer bring you your coffee order and those simple touches. When I got to breakfast I was asked if I wanted breakfast. Yes. Then asked did I want to sit down. Of course! Then I was midway through eating, fork in hand, and the waitress asked if she could tidy my plate with my remaining breakfast on it that I was eating from. Honestly, the decline of this once wonderful hotel was very sad to see. I hope they can turn it around. For me, I will stay in one of the other wonderful hotels nearby for less.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings fanden während unseres Aufenthalts Umbau- bzw. Modernisierungsarbeiten statt, was sich teilweise bemerkbar gemacht hat. Besonders der Frühstücksraum war etwas klein und es herrschte eine recht hohe Lautstärke. Vermutlich hängt dies mit den aktuellen Bauarbeiten und den damit verbundenen Einschränkungen zusammen.

Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Ich denke, dass sich die Situation nach Abschluss der Modernisierungsarbeiten deutlich verbessern wird.

Chambre, propreté, balcon et vue imprenable, le ptit dej peut mieux faire mais la salle d’une grande classe...le bar emblematique vaut pour la vue mais prix exorbitant...2 etoiles michelin tout de meme au sein du resto...que du bon en general..belle piscine sauf le muret en peripherie gache la vue...top LEBUA
