One small technical difficulty with TV during my overnight stay .
Pros:

Easy access from the interstate . The staff was very pleasant and prompt at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great with plenty of towels . The only problem was the TV had the option for apple air play and Android Smart view to connect your phone to stream whatever you wanted from your own accounts . This service did not work on either Apple or Android. We asked the front desk after going through all possibilities from the help menu and was told the option to stream from your device didn't work on any of the TV', s at this specific hotel . It wasn't a deal breaker or a reason to give a lower rating but seeing that the TV had this option it would have been nice to have had it .

Cons:

The option to stream from your phone with apple air play and Android Smart view was down and unable to be used on all the TV's in all the rooms per the front desk when an error message stated to contact the front desk from the help menu.

My room was not cleaned on the second night of stay. No clean towels or body wash. Very displeased. I had to go to the front desk to get these amenities upon my return in the middle of the night.
