Comfortable and Very Convenient for the Ferry Port
Pros:

Parking convenient, ground floor room. Fantastic swimming pool, good value breakfast. This was our third stay within 12 months

Cons:

Nothing. Unfortunately room power failed during the night. It didn't really spoil our stay as we left early for the morning ferry

Confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Caen et ses alentours. L'hôtel est très grand mais on n'entend rien depuis le chambre. Ce calme est très appréciable.

Cons:

Des cafards se baladaient sur notre lit à notre arrivée.. on l'a immédiatement signalé et malheureusement, le personnel n'a pas pu nous changer de chambre car l'hôtel était plein. Elle a cependant proposé et fait faire un nouveau ménage avec traitement dans la chambre.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre, la salle de bain est très belle ainsi que le calme de l'hôtel. Le restaurant était également très bon !

Cons:

La clim avait été allumée longtemps en avance donc il faisait très froid dans la chambre en arrivant, le débit de la chasse d'eau était très faible et la piscine n'était pas très chaude.

Encore bien mieux que nous ne l’espérions !
Pros:

Rapport qualité prix vraiment exceptionnel :
Le personnel, la propreté, la literie, la restauration, la clim ( au top!), la piscine ( merveilleuse!), le calme de la chambre…un vrai sans-faute. Pourtant habitués à ce type d’hôtels, nous avons été épatés. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !

It's nothing special, but you'll sleep well and the staff will make it worth it.
Pros:

The staff at reception were exceptional and truly enjoyed their work--she was rocking out to some music while meeting our needs. I'll take that any day over their alternatives. The location was a good starting point for Normandy. We also appreciate the car chargers, even though the first one quit on us in an hour--the second one survived the night.

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok, particularly for France. We would go back as it was good for Caen, but it wasn't amazing. The availability of parking helped though.
