Excellent location, easy access to shopping, restaurants. Very helpful staff. Clean and well maintained property.

Area has a bit of a gritty feel but never felt unsafe. Hotel Staff was very pleasant and housekeeping kept room immaculate and beautifully attended. I enjoy a good view whenever possible but was told choices were either noisy street or light well. I opted for latter, which was dreary, though quiet. Breakfast was plentiful with attractive but not outstanding selections. Provided a decent “grab and go” breakfast snack due to early departure.

The charge for breakfast is little expensive.. so eat as much you can .

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel. Checking was a breeze. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Only 200 meters from the Rocafort metro station (red line), 15 minutes walk from the old city. Lots of restaurants around.

This is a great hotel, very well located for bars, restaurants and transport. The breakfast is amazing and has really friendly staff, just what you need first thing in the morning.

Rooms are not bad size and clean and housekeeping do good job. Coffee in room is great (most hotels i stay in it is terrible). Breakfast is very nice with good selection.
Reception staff pleasant, politie and professional.
Only complaint, getting in and out of the bath little difficult unless you are flexible, and worst thing is noise from other neighbouring rooms bathrooms that can be heard in room. Very uncomfortable.

Close to the subway, a very safe area. A very good option for tourists and business trips. Recommended!

I have stayed here many times and each time they have taken care of me, including during I stay in which I had a serious car accident. Very thankful for the hotel and the staff.

Very nice hotel, good location for getting around or just staying local for restaurants etc.
Unfortunately on the penultimate day work started in a room across the corridor with drills and banging all day long!

Generally it is ok, it is clean and the staff are helpful.
However the hotel ist besides a main traffic road, and my room is on the second floor, it is terrible loud till 12:30 in the night.
The breakfast is normal.

Location of the hotel was great. The reception staff, could be more friendly, but it is ok

- limited breakfast buffet and food not good standard
- room service took more than an hour to arrive
- staff seemed unfriendly and a female recptionist was very hostil towards us

Pros
- good location close to centre 10 mins walk
- room good standard and excellent quality
- can store bags for the day

Stayed in May of 2024 for 4 nights and weather was hot during the day and cool at night. The room was uncomfortably hot and humid forcing us to open the window to sleep. Between garbage bins right below our window being picked up at all hours, motorcycles, and people literally screaming all night we got no sleep.

NO A/C. I complained to front desk and only solution was "I'm sorry, the a/c not available." Obviously a canned reply. This is a management problem. Before booking, ask when the a/c will be turned on.

Breakfast was ok if you don't mind waiting while the host likes chatting with everyone while you are standing waiting to sit at numerous empty tables.
