Localização excelente em hotel a precisar de manutenção urgente e com problemas graves de limpeza
Pros:

Fácil acesso à praia. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. Panquecas no pequeno-almoço. A animação para as crianças é razoável.

Cons:

A localização do hotel é fantástica, mas tudo o resto deixa muito a desejar, nomeadamente ao nível da manutenção e da limpeza. As varandas do quarto do apartamento têm fissuras, a casa de banho tem humidade, as toalhas cheiram a mofo, o mobiliário está descuidado, formigas por todo o lado (apesar das queixas à recepção durante vários dias o problema nunca foi resolvido). Nas janelas onde dormiam as crianças encontrou-se o que nos pareceu ser um ninho de vespa (hipótese corroborada pelos responsáveis do hotel)...2 dias depois disseram tratar-se afinal de batentes de janelas...as fotografias estão à vista.

Visita agradável à ilha, comida muito boa, mas faltou melhorar a estadia para quem foi apanhar chuva
Pros:

O pequeno -almoço era razoável em termos de oferta, mas a qualidade era boa. Para quem não consome doces, faltou pelo menos bolachas "maria" ou agua e sal" para os miudos. Almoço/snaks e jantar, tinham muita boa qualidade, e produtos bons. em termos de menu diário, estava muito bem orientado e foi agradável, provar cada dia , uma menu diferente.

Cons:

O quarto , o chão de mosaico, era gelado, o colchão muito rijo, foi dificil adaptar-nos a isso. O barulho, também se ouvia os quartos vizinhos e na hora da limpeza era impossivel estar a descansar no quarto.
Apanhámos dias chuvosos e frios, dado que o SPA estava em obras, só nos restou a piscina supostamente aquecida, mas a água só ficaria minimamente agradável à tarde, e tinham sempre as janelas abertas e porta de vidro, não nos deixavam fechar. Para o vento e frio que se fez sentir, deveriam ter melhorado a questão da piscina interior.
