Cons:

Falta uma ficha perto das mesas de cabeceira para poder carregar o telemóvel. As fichas estão muito longe .

Pros:

A comida muito boa. Os funcionários no geral simpáticos. Limpeza muito boa. Tive um tratamento com a terapeuta Carla em que adorei, tem umas mãos de anjo, voltarei certamente ao spa. Também adoramos o bar da praia. Uma das principais razões de voltarmos no futuro e o bar da praia. Um ótimo ambiente. A equipa de animação do vila baleira e muito simpática, já a italiana nem por isso.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários, especialmente na recepção precisam ser mais esclarecedores em relação a algumas questões, e também sorrir mais. A animação é um pouco fraca principalmente os espetáculos a noite. Achamos que o hotel está a necessitar de umas boas remodelações. O nosso quarto tinha fissuras enormes, a mesa exterior estava em muito mau estado, sem falar da varanda no geral. Sinceramente acho que pelo valor que pagamos a infra-estrutura está muito fraca. Também acho que deveria haver serviço de transfer para quem chega no ferry.

Devia haver mais oferta na comida, principalmente para diabéticos
(no bar havia quase nada para diabéticos)

Pros:

Estivemos hospedados no hotel entre os dias 16 e 19 deste mês para celebrar os nossos 50 anos de casados e gostaríamos de deixar o nosso agradecimento. Fomos recebidos com uma surpresa maravilhosa: champanhe e um bolo a celebrar a nossa data especial. Esse gesto deixou-nos muito felizes e mostrou-nos todo o carinho e atenção da equipa.

Esta foi a minha segunda estadia no hotel e, mais uma vez, gostei tanto que penso voltar novamente no futuro. Sentimo-nos sempre muito bem acolhidos, e o serviço foi excelente do início ao fim. Voltarei certamente a este hotel.

Agradecemos sinceramente por tornarem esta ocasião tão especial ainda mais memorável.

I will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and there was plenty of supplies. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast area were very nice and helpful

Cons:

There was only one person at the front desk that was polite. It was difficult to get the attention of the people at the front desk and they acted annoyed when you asked a question. We asked if there was a place to get ice for our drinks. They pointed to the bar. When we went into the bar, there wasn't anyone there. We waited for a minute. One man who was working in the bar area, ignored us completely. We went back to the front desk and they told us that the bar was closed. I'm not sure why they didn't tell us that when we originally asked the question. There wasn't a sign to tell us what the hours of operation were for the bar. This was just one example.

The hotel was full of Danish people and meal times were a bun fight - only buffet and whilst the food was ok it was just so crowded
