Location
They charged me an additional 50$ 2 days after checking out. After I paid more than double the posted room rate of 70$.
Breakfast and it was close to a lot of stores
It was a lot of traffic noise and smelt like urine
It was quite, real friendly
The pool is always closed
Like the check-in time
Had a smell, had to spray air freshener, it only helped for a little while
It was clean and good location.
The closeness to everything the pool and the wonderful soft beds
It was hair all in the bathroom on the floor area in the tub but I didn't make a big deal I was going to clean it out anyway so but that was the only bad thing
Staff was on point with every request. Even allowed me an early check in ( with fee) overall great stay
The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner. We found a beer bottle cap under the bed.
At least the bed was comfortable and it had air
The sweet wasn’t a sweet it was two rooms I didn’t like it I paid all that money and it was real ghetto never again will I come and stay nor spend my money poor condition. Wasn’t no towels and we had to wait 3 hours after we paid paid the room and the man at the front has a smart mouth he argues with customers watches your every move even goin in and out the rooms. He has a nasty attitude and that’s bad business he running customers away he’ll he even argued with me and he talk real slow and I didn’t get no photos because it was coward and the rooms are small and the bathroom doors don’t lock and by the way we was in 236-37
Location
Nothing
Clean, convenient
The pool closes too early,
Breakfast seems to be catered to workers that stay there not vacationers…… they stop serving early.
Checkout is 11 and pool doesn’t open til 10. Hard to explain to a child they can’t go swimming because we wouldn’t have time for them to change clothes before we had to leave.
breakfast was good, nice staff
floors were DIRTY!
I went to this hotel due to being located near Mablehouse Barns in Mableton, GA for a concert. The exterior was good.
My room was very dirty. Dirt in mounds and hair were all over the floors. I called the front desk to complain after using disinfectant wipes to clean the floor between the beds. The owners/cleaning staff came in. The female had a dry mop and a bottle of water and started throwing water on the floor and pushing the dirt around. I told them that was a health code violation. The bed covers were dirty. They replaced them with clean covers and left. I used the disinfectant wipes to finish the floors. The next day, they came in to 'clean' my room, a broom and no dust pan, just pushing the dirt around. The towels; 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths that were damp, 3 bath towels. Fortunately, I brought my own towels and face clothes from home. Also, I slept on top of the sheets and I brought my blanket from home. Did I mention that the microwave was also dirty? The countertops had stuff dried on. I had to scrub, several attempts, with my disinfectant wipes, to remove the caked on 'stuff'. There's no lid for the ice bucket. The lack of weather stripping around the door allowed a couple of bugs to crawl along the top of the wall near the ceiling and that also made the linoleum damp. I use a cane and slipped a few times on the floor and the tub! THAT was scary!
