The whole New Year Eeve Dinner, New Years Day Brunch was fantastic that made for great memories. The Gym facilities were fantastic. Reception and Conceriege where fantastic, greeted us by our names. Very impressive
The only issue was the turn down service and house keeping that let themselves down. they started well and then they forgot to restock minibar with coffee and soft drinks. The one night they did not turn up for the turn down service. when they did arrive the lady said she was late cominng to work??? This was the only negative. All other services at the hotel 10/10, excellent

The concierge had since left since I had had her make Rez. So most of my Rez in restaurants were not made. The new concierge forgot after three attempts. The staff is inexperienced. I left a small item when I departed the room. The hotel never called. I reached out to them 3 days later and they confirmed they had the item. $100 to ship back to me. Why hadn’t they contacted me? Who knows. The food in the restaurant was terrible. Not up to the standards of a five star.
This is on our top 10 list of one of the best hotels we have ever encountered. From the moment we checked-in, we felt swept off our feet. Our every wish was fulfilled. They asked us what we wanted for lunch and when we said “pizza” we were given a reservation at one of the best pizza places in the city and led to the hotel car before we could even think. Then when we said we needed a piece of luggage for our purchases, one was quickly bought and delivered to our room. Luca, our butler was so attentive and helpful. The room was specious and the guest gift of Augustus Bader products was over the top. Loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel was memorable and fantastic. We have stayed at the Mandarin and Portrait in Milan and this is our new favorite hotel in Milan.
