The whole New Year Eeve Dinner, New Years Day Brunch was fantastic that made for great memories. The Gym facilities were fantastic. Reception and Conceriege where fantastic, greeted us by our names. Very impressive
The only issue was the turn down service and house keeping that let themselves down. they started well and then they forgot to restock minibar with coffee and soft drinks. The one night they did not turn up for the turn down service. when they did arrive the lady said she was late cominng to work??? This was the only negative. All other services at the hotel 10/10, excellent

Restaurant a bit too dark for breakfast. Not a lot of lounge space in the lobby for rest.
Nice welcome note with champagne and chocolate treats. Great attention to detail, ensuring our chosen pillows were ready in the room
