Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Rooms are generally described as clean and comfortable, though some guests mention unpleasant odors in corridors and occasional housekeeping misses (toiletries not refilled).
Service
8.4
Staff are mostly described as friendly and attentive, with multiple positive mentions; a few isolated negative experiences (unprofessional front desk behavior, some staff appearing unhappy) lower the score slightly.
Location
9.3
Consistently praised — excellent, central location close to Hershey Park, restaurants, venues and walkable to key attractions.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are comfortable overall but several guests noted dated bathrooms, soft beds/poor pillows, noisy A/C and layout quirks (sink/mirror outside bathroom).
Amenities
8.8
Good on-site amenities reported — pool, gym with water cooler, dryer for wet clothes, covered patio and family-friendly extras (board games); generally seen as helpful additions.
Value for Money
8
Many guests felt the hotel met vacation needs and was reasonably priced for the location; a few paid for alternative breakfasts which impacted perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
7.9
Breakfast received mixed comments: several guests praised the variety and kid-friendly options, while others found choices limited (lack of hot protein items), cramped service areas or inconsistent quality.
Overall Experience
7.4
Overall stays met vacation needs with strong location and decent amenities, but recurring issues (breakfast variability, occasional service lapses, room/bathroom concerns and corridor odors) tempered guest satisfaction.
