My stay was fine and the concert was fabulous
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for the concert at Hershey Park Stadium. The room was what I booked (2 Queen beds) and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean, very important to me!

Cons:

The bathroom was small...but clean. I did not like the fact that the room price doubled because of the event.

Excellent value hotel for a Hersheypark trip.
Pros:

The location was very convenient to Hersheypark and there were several eating places within walking distance. It was very clean. The front desk staff was nice. The free breakfast was good, about what you would expect from a continental breakfast. The bed and pillows were very soft. We got lucky with a room that had a view of roller coasters!

Cons:

No complaints!

Location rooms clean beds comfortable

Cons:

No closets and drawer space, they had hooks at a bench seat area with one drawer, we had lots of clothes on hangers, frustrating as hard to reach items on back of hooks without taking everything off the hooks first

Was great for my overnight visit to Hershey Park. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location for visiting Hershey Park, lots of restaurants withing walking distance, and covered parking (which was awesome once the thunderstorm started). The room was on the small side, but very comfortable! Had a good sleep.

Excellent, convenient, family friendly!
Pros:

This hotel is a great value and perfect for our events at the Hershey Convention Center. It is not "plush" but is clean and convenient. Staff are excellent and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great although we would have liked a few more hot options link eggs and bacon/sausage. Kids loved the make your own waffle station and the pool. The covered parking was so convenient, although all of the parking spaces are reasonably close to entrances. We all raved about the beds-they are so, so comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was great although we would have liked a few more hot options link eggs and bacon/sausage. TV isn't a true "smart" TV; we do a lot of YouTube and streaming of shows in our home; that wasn't able to be done. These are minor tradeoffs for the value and closeness to parks and convention center though. We'll be repeat customers for sure!

Loved our stay. We'll be back.
Pros:

I brought a group of 14 with me. Staff was organized and patient at check in and check out. Getting room receipts for business purposes was a breeze. This is a family-friendly hotel. Kids had a great time.

Pros:

Pleasant staff. Room was clean.

Cons:

The hair dryer was making odd noises and smelled like it was burning. They replaced it right away.
The sink outside of the bathroom is inconvenient. The toilet is very low, could use a support bar on the wall.
