Séjour agréable dans un petit hôtel familial à deux pas du centre
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, très central, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre. La chambre avec petite terrasse, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, belle salle de bain, hamac dans la chambre. Personne de l’hôtel serviable, aimable et à l’écoute. Possibilité d’excursions proposées directement à l’hôtel (que nous n’avons pas testé). Accès sécurisé avec code d’accès.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est servi sur une table commune dans la salle à manger principale (c’était annoncé dans la description de l’hôtel), nous préférions déjeuner juste à 2. Cependant ils se sont adaptés et nous on permis de déjeuner 1 matin sur une table séparée à côté de la piscine.
L’hôtel pourrait être un peu modernisé 😊

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mit unglaublich netten Personal
Pros:

Das Boutique Hotel liegt nahe am Zentrum und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Es gab direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, egal welche Wünsche man äußert, alle sind bemüht, sie möglichst rasch zu erfüllen. Sehr gut hat uns auch das gemeinsame Frühstücken mit den anderen Gästen an einem großen Tisch gefallen, weil man so mit sehr unterschiedlichen Menschen ins Gespräch kommt und sich austauschen kann

Comfortable and pleasant stay, homely and strusting vibe
Pros:

Nice feel to the place, in between a B&B and hotel. Cool rooms with comfortable beds. Good curtains/ shade. Airco works well.
Pool and fridge where you kan keep your food and drinks. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea and light snacks. Love their banana bread in the morning. Close to nice parks in Merida.

Un lugar con paz
Pros:

La habitación resultó tener hasta cocineta, era bastante amplia, yo imaginaba un cuarto normal; me comentaron que por estar en la esquina podría haber ruido por el tráfico, pero cerré las persianas y no se escuchaba nada ni entraba luz por la noche.

Griselda and the team were so helpful
The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit and yoghurt, different breakfasts cooked to order each day
Comfortable bed, good shower, good ambience, relaxing pool area , although more of a plunge pool than a swim pool.
It was good to be able to help yourself to tea and coffee and water in the dining room

Cons:

The only downside was that the road could be noisy. Our first night was a Saturday night and it was very noisy then but not so bad the other nights. So not so good for light sleepers.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber und die Dusche war toll. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr herzlich und haben morgens ein super Frühstück zubereitet. Der Pool hat in der Siesta eine gute Erfrischung geboten. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir auf einem Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke oder auf der Straße vor dem Hotel parken.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool bräuchten ein Update.

Small and personal- Exactly what makes this a Special 5 Star Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was very. good and the choices were varied. You could ask for specific dishes with many options. The staff genuinely seemed to love what they do, and the whole experience felt personal rather than transactional like huge hotel brands. This made my stay exceptional!!
