Very kid friendly!
Pros:

Everyone was very children friendly. There was even a kids corner with toys in the lobby.

Otelde karşılama ve resepsiyon yetkilisinin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Otel girişi Metro istasyonun hemen çıkışında başlıyordu. Bu da çok olumluydu.

Room was great! kids loved the free daily filling of mini bar in the room. Very much satisfied with the amount paid. Breakfast was amazing.. not a very big spread but good enough for a lovely morning at Hamburg! Location is perfect. Right above the metro station.. Need to walk 5 steps and you are the metro station which was amazing. They also had the facility to park our car for an additional amount. The amount could have been a little less which we found too much for 3 days. Overall experience : Very satisfied.

Tolles Hotel, Preis-Leistung gut!
Pros:

Frühstück sehr lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich. U bahn-station in unmittelbarer Nähe. S-Bahn Station in 10 min Fußweg erreichbar. Personal freundlich.

Pros:

Checkin um 100 Uhr war möglich. Das ist sensatioanell.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel im Zimmer, EIne Businesslounge im Entree wäre toll. Und eine Dachterrasse für den Spa.
