Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich, egal ob beim Check - in um Mitternacht, oder an der Bar. U- Bahnhaltestelle gleich in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt!

A nice standard Novotel property bang in the middle of the city with easy commute around it
Pros:

The Hotel is very convenient to reach by Public transport as its just 100 mts from the Subway and it was quite easy to reach and then it has supermarkets , shopping streets and parks etc within walking distance. This was our first time in Hamburg so we wanted to explore as much as possible and the location of the hotel is quite good.
The rooms are quite spacious & its a good well run professional property. The Reception staff was quite helpful and helped us whenever we wanted information about places to visit and food options in the city . Did not have any breakfast etc at the hotel as the city has quite a lot of options for food and other things .

Cons:

Its a shame that I did not get loyalty points for the stay at Novotel as I booked through Booking.com

Die Nutzung des Parkhauses ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und unheimlich teuer
