Am simtit din plin stradania intregului personal de a ne asigura confort, mici surprize, relaxare.
Pros:

Locatie -excelenta; personalul de la receptie - extraordinar de amabil, saritor si priceput; curatenia - exemplara; dotarea camerei - aproape tot ce este necesar unui turist; saltelele din paturile permanente - excelente; obiectele de iluminat - foarte practic si elegant aranjate, atfel incat sa nu deranjezi restul familiei daca ai nevoie sa aprinzi lumina sa citesti; foarte multe prize electrice, suficiente sa isi monteze toata familia incarcatoarele pentru dispozitivele electronice. Usa baii - o oglinda mare pe ambele fete si cu un dispozitiv igenios de fixare in perete. Temperatura si aerisirea camerei foarte bine puse la punct rezultand o atmosfera extrem de agreabila.
Personalul de la restaurant - extrem de amabil; in prima seara am ajuns tarziu (asa a sosit avionul) dar au facut tot posibilul sa ne asigure o cina adecvata.

Cons:

Cel de al treilea pat - al copilului - ar fi necesitat o saltea; in alte hoteluri am avut papuci de unica folosinta (din fericire am anticipat o posibila lipsa a paupcilor si am luat de acasa); fiind 3 persoane, a fi simtit nevoia sa avem3 pahare si 3 cani.
La dus este neaparat necesar covoras antiderapant pentru ca podeaua este lucioasa; daca era din acelasi material ca restul baii- o gresie mata- nu era nevoie de covoras!

Die Lage direkt bei der U-Bahnstation Lübecker Straße ist großartig! Bei einem Städtetrip kommt man überall sehr schnell hin!
