Disappointed
Pros:

The.bed was comfortable.

Cons:

First of all I booked this room in advance of my stay. I was told that they were going to be doing various upgrades and remodeling of the rooms.so when we checked in they said the water would be turned off from 9am to 3pm on the days we would be there.i was never told that when i.booked the rooms. Bookings.com should have mentioned that but I didn't see it anywhere on the website. Also when the water was on it never got hot and the pressure was terrible. I complained to the front desk and they couldn't offer me a new room or any discounts or refunds for the trouble. All around me the carpets in the hallway were dirty. The rooms all around me were getting remodeled so a lot of noise. One couple on the same floor were moved to another room higher up. Another person said their water wasn't getting hot too. I asked to speak to management but never heard from them. Then someone called the room and said the maintenance fixed the hot water and they would work on the pressure and drop a note at our door when it was completed. That never happened.
I am so disappointed with this organization. I will never stay here again.

Agréable dans l’ensemble
Pros:

More than I expected!
Pros:

Every thing went very well. We enjoyed the total experience. Your staff is amazing!

Cons:

Bed could have been more comfortable, too high for an old lady.

Boa, mas você for alérgico não fique neste hotel!
Pros:

Be wary about canceling and price and parking
Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

The cost seemed high for the place and parking kind of sucked if you had a guest visiting. Can't pay for parking outside of the deposit. Can't cancel close to stay without being charged. I was 32 days out and couldn't cancel
