Room size was incorrect and downsized without notice or discounted price for the inconvience
Pros:

I liked that it was close and convenient to my nearby event

Cons:

I didn’t like or appreciate how my reservation room size booking, that was made,2+ months in advance was downsized to SEPARATE STUDIOS which therefore didn’t use the second studio.. AND WITH NO CALLING TO GIVE UPDATE OR ADJUST PRICING.. I payed $1115 for a single studio 🥴

Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et confortables, idéales pour travailler et cuisiner. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix.

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes de magasins (Trader Joe's) et restaurants dans les environs pour manger dehors, boire un café ou faire des courses. Même un Office Dépôt pour le dépannage bureautique!

Cons:

Sans voiture, l'emplacement n'est pas idéal et le quartier difficile à pied. C'est une zone où tout est fait pour les voitures, pas idéale pour les personnes aimant le calme et les déplacements doux. L'environnement n'est pas des plus reposants. La nuit, on entend pas mal la circulation, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent soit sur la route à 8 voies, soit sur le parking + métro aérien.

Il y a un arrêt de métro pas trop loin et un bus, mais qui passent de façon plus ou moins fiable. Prévoir beaucoup de temps pour les transports en commun.

Our stay at TownePlace was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable for the whole family.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our day at TownePlace, finding the location ideal for our stay in Hawthorne. The suites were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we expected, making our time there very pleasant. The included breakfast was of good quality and offered plenty of variety, with both hot and cold options available. My children especially loved being able to make their own waffles, which was a highlight of the morning for them.

Cons:

We encountered a few issues during our stay at TownePlace. Firstly, our room was only cleaned once over the course of our 10-day visit. Although we did request a cleaning and it was carried out, I would have expected more frequent service. Perhaps every other day, for such a lengthy stay. Additionally, we found the parking fee to be quite expensive at $25 per night. Finally, the hotel pre-charged my credit card significantly more than the agreed room rate at least £600 over what we had anticipated and, none of the staff could explain the reason for this discrepancy. If you plan to stay here, I would recommend ensuring you have extra funds available in your account to cover any unexpected charges.

Pros:

So the smoke alarm keep going off. We had to disconnect it ourselves for several nights only to gind it reconnected until i disconnected it and handed it to staff at the front desk. But the manager did apologize and gave us 25k in points with bonvoy as a sorry. But still shoukd have been fixed the first time otherwise managment tried but staff failed which means more training.
