Мне понравилось только то что в номере было очень тепло .

Cons:

Не понравилось то что я заказывала номер с ванной, а дали без неё. Кофе, чай только платный. В номере нет не кофе, не чая, не чайника. Хотела попить вечером чай , а не смогла. Завтраки холодные. Яйца, сыр, 3х, а то 4х дневные. Огурец, помидор вообще вялые в ужасном состоянии. Кстати , очень странная ситуация была с ключем. Мы своим ключем открывали свою комнату и входную дверь в отель. И по логике это значит этим же ключем значит я могу открыть любую дверь в отеле? Короче говоря, я себя чувствовала не в безопасности. В итоге мы уехали на 5 дней раньше. И деньги нам никто не вернул конечно же. Еще забыла , когда приехали, хозяина ждали еще под дверью, парковка максимум на 5 машин и то малогабаритных.

Horror Trip niemals mehr!

Eigentlich nur die Nähe zur Reha Klinik

Es fehlen mir die Worte … das hat absolut nix mit Charme zu tun. Einfach nur gruselig von oben bis unten.
Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles aber auch wirklich alles veraltet, verschlissen… abgeranzt bis zum geht nicht mehr . Das Daunen Kopfkissen war ein Alptraum das es so etwas unhygienisches gibt , kaum zu glauben. Auch die Matratze Anno 1900 . Das kann man nicht Bett nennen. Der Geruch im Zimmer hat alles übertroffen, muffelig mit Schimmel Extrakt. Die Möbel und das Holzregal muffeln. Der Teppichboden unbeschreiblich, wiederlich ! Die Dusche … Alptraum pur. Ganz ehrlich reist die Hütte ab.

Hôtel authentique, très chaleureux, idéalement situé à Bad Herrenalb et un excellent petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Le charme de l'hôtel, la courtoisie du personnel, la situation proche du centre, la literie et l'excellent petit déjeuner dans un très beau cadre.

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz obwohl wir den gebucht haben.. niemand an der Rezeption, mussten lange draussen warten bis wir überhaupt einchecken konnten, die Klingel funktionierte offenbar nicht. Die Zimmer waren eiskalt

Lage gut, allerdings die Matratzen/Betten eine Katastrophe, total durchgelegen. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Frühstücksraum sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

Zimmer Relikt aus den 70er Jahren Betten durchgelegen. Badezimmer sollte dringend auf neueren Stand gebracht werden. Das Hotel mehr als sanierungsbeduertig. Auf den Balkon haben wir uns nicht gewagt.
