Treatments at the SPA are upon availibilty and must be booked before your stay.
The outdoor swimming pool is also open everyday depending on weather.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parfait pour deux nuits de séminaire pro
Pros:

Le surclassement :-)
J’ai eu droit à une suite alors que j’avais réservé une chambre classique pour deux nuits.
Le spa et la salle de fitness.
Le service en chambre et la disponibilité de la réception.

Cons:

Forte odeur dans la suite .. on dirait du tabac froid .. très présente.
Moquette vielle et paraît pas très propre.
La taille de la télé est très petite pour la taille de là pièce.

Could be better
Pros:

The hotel is very suitable for those who fly. Nice territory. The SPA is small (pool and hammam) but very clean. Big rooms.

Cons:

Hotel needs renovations badly. The rooms are stinky. Everything is old. When it will be renovated - it will be very nice hotel!

Pros:

La tres bonne qualité de la literie et l'espace de la chambre.
La discrétion, la réactivité et le professionnalisme du personnel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner assez décevant pour 19 euros aux niveau du choix et de la qualité des produits et cuisson.
Je ne parle pas des œufs brouillés!!! (une purée poudre...), faites plutôt des œufs durs où à la coque...

Parfait pour une nuit confortable
Pros:

Un surclassement bien apprécié et donc une belle et grande chambre bien équipée, un grand lit très confortable. Et la délicate attention qui m'attendait sur le lit pour la journée des droits de femmes du 8 mars.

Cons:

La salle de bains, bien équipée, correct mais qui aurait besoin d'être rafraichie.

On a déjà réservé pour un autre séjour .
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très bien ,accueil chaleureux bien avant 16 h car je suis handicapé...j’ ai apprécié. Bon restaurant très frais.
Le calme dans la chambre.

Had a great sleep due to the great bed and quiet room. Excellent location.
Pros:

The room was a very good size. The bed was very comfortable with quality clean bedding, it enabled a great nights rest.
It was February so did not use the pool. I did use the spa and enjoyed it very much.
The only two down sides were the tiles over the shower area grout was very unclean looking (It needed a good deep clean) The facilities in the kitchen were a great bonus, however you couldn't wash or dry dishes as there was no dishwasher tablet or tea drying towel. But I would stay there again. Excellent location for the tram into Bordeaux.

Cons:

As above.. I have added pictures to let you remedy the situation in room 329. This is only to assist you in improvements. This would not be remedied on the daily cleans so please don't take it out on the cleaning staff. It requires deep cleaning which takes longer. Having pointed this out I would stay there again and recommend.

Disaster at Bordeaux
Pros:

The room smells like old stale cigarettes. The hotel has a bizarre layout and early check-in was not available so 15:00H was exactly the time. This is my second stay here and it hasn’t improved. The Spa is located across this meeting common area. The massage was adequate but no body wash was found in the shower in for after the massage. Not wanting to put on my T shirt due to the oil I was intercepted by a man who failed to identify himself. He demanded I put my shirt on in front of everyone. He was abrupt and rude and yes I speak French as I am from Canada. I tried to explain that I am covered with oil. He was working in the common area and I do not know if he is a hotel employee or not. The breakfast was adequate so this was one saving grace. There appears to be a colony of travellers across the road which made equally insecure. The heating system was a combination AC heating system and was inadequate. I found a dryer sheet or a nose tissue when I removed the foot runner on the bed. The smell of old cigarettes made me sick to my stomach and gave me a headache. I would never recommend this place ever again.

Pros:

Emplacement pour l'aéroport(tramway à 300m), propreté, personnel disponible et attentionné, le "panier petit déjeuner" pour les départs nocturnes. Le surclassement offert.

Cons:

Pas d'indications pour s'y rendre. Environs un peu lugubres le soir. Restaurant fermé ce soir là.
