Localização maravilhosa, na melhor região do Itaim Bibi. Tudo o que o hotel oferece, é de boa qualidade. Cama gostosa com boa roupa de cama, boas toalhas, secador de cabelo Taiff excelente, chuveiro com ducha forte e bem quente. Smart TV com os principais aplicativos, boa internet, café da manhã excelente, funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto silencioso.

Cons:

Ar condicionado split poderia ser inverter com a função de aquecimento.

A estadia foi boa no geral mas pode melhorar.

Fiquei no 1708. A noite o barulho do elevador funcionando é constante. Apesar do andar elevado, o barulho da rua tb está presente, motos e caminhões q passam, sao ouvidos. E o isolamento entre os quartos tb não é excelente, permitindo ouvir barulhos dos quartos vizinhos.
