A iluminação do quarto é muito ruim. A descarga estava muito ruim, tinha que dar varias descargas p/limpar o vaso, só no 2° dia que melhorou e tb não fizeram a reposição do sabonete

Pros:

Muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, equipe atenciosa e gentil.
Serviço de valet eficiente, mas custa R$40 por noite.
Café da manhã muito bom, inclusive preparam itens na hora sob pedido.

Cons:

O quarto tem um pouco de ruído da avenida mas estava ok.
O Bar na recepção tem poucas opções de drinks e bebidas.

Cons:

quarto muito barulhento (barulho da rua invade o quarto, banheiro com transbordamento da agua do Box do chuveiro (molhando a parte externa e ensopando o pano de chão e toalhas velhas e desgastadas. cobrança de valor maior para quarto pelo simples fato de ter camas separadas (quarto duplo twin). impossibilidade de cancelamento grátis.
