Não é um hotel 5 estrelas. Quatro no máximo. O staff da recepção é simpático, mas os outros não. Café da manhã muito muito muito fraco.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência no hotel não foi muito boa.

O principal problema foi a demora absurda dos elevadores. Em algumas ocasiões, esperamos mais de 20 minutos para conseguir um elevador.

Outro ponto que nos decepcionou foi o fato de o hotel não ter uma manta ou cobertor extra disponível quando solicitamos. É difícil entender como um hotel não consegue atender a um pedido tão básico.

De modo geral, nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.
