No geral é bom e seguro.
Pros:

Excelente café da manhã, almoço e localização. As roupas de cama e toalhas são boas.

Cons:

A limpeza também é, mas, dá para sentir o pó na pele. Talvez lavar as cortinas diminuiria o pó do ar. Outra coisa que achei ruim é o barulho que fez no meu quarto quando o vizinho tomava banho. Portas também batem e causam barulho intenso.

A localização é muito boa, a atenção ao cliente precisa ser muito aprimorada.
Pros:

O quarto estava reformado, a cama muito confortavel e as roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Não usei outras instalações além do restaurante, que é razoavel.

Cons:

A equipe, de maneira geral, precisa de treinamento. Agilidade, atenção e sobretudo ser orientada quanto ao relacionamento com cliente. São reativos. Isso faz com que a experiencia no hotel não seja agradavel.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo, hotel de alto padrão. O que me surpreendeu foi poder fazer chegou muito antes do horário e com zero complicação. Água mineral de cortesia, produtos para fazer café no quarto e café de cápsula disponível na recepção. Enxoval de excelente qualidade. Hotel perto de pontos de alta relevância para quem quer circular na região da Faria Lima. Salão de beleza no hotel, que maravilha! Melhor experiência de hotel dos últimos tempos e sou viajante frequente.

Cons:

Pedi uma sopa/canja e não estava tão saborosa quanto eu esperava.
