Sehr zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat sehr beeindruckt. Die Anlage war wunderschön. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, daher hat es unseren Erwartungen sehr entsprochen.

Pros:

It is in a very quiet part of Negombo, right next to a huge lagoon and close to a beach from where you can watch the sunset. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food, what little we had, tasted pretty good.

The manager was very sensible in assigning us a room as far as possible from some very loud and noisy guests.

Cons:

The restaurant has extremely limited options. And the rooms could be better maintained - our front door handle was on the verge of coming off and the bathroom drain would get backed up very quickly.

Eigentlich nichts Da ich sauer war das es in Booking.com , die Ortsangabe falsch ist und nicht einmal von Booking.com eine Antwort bekommen habe Ein Armutszeugnis. Ich werde mir überlegen ob ich hier überhaupt noch buche. Kein Hilfe in dieser Richtung.

An oasis of tranquility
Pros:

This is a little gem of a hotel. It's got nice rooms, friendly staff, a swimming pool, and a fantastic view of the Negombo Lagoon. To be in the pool in the middle of nature and hear the birds chirping overhead — bliss!
I asked to check out 1 hour late and they said no problem. Appreciated!

Cons:

The only disadvantage I can think of is the location. It's about 10 km from Negombo town and in the middle of a residential area, so you'll need a taxi or tuktuk for any type of activity

An der Lagune gelegen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay für eine Nacht. Sauber. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Sehr einfach und in die Jahre gekommen.

Super great short holiday by the lagoon at Nilakma Lagoon
Pros:

Room rate was reasonable.
Location is nice, Feels a great relaxing atmosphere facing the views of the lagoon
Staff was accommodating, helpful and smiled always when came across.
Rooms are super relaxing and ample space with amenities

Cons:

food prices are too high and less options to chose from. food and beverages feels overpriced
Toilets gives a bad chemical smell or it may be the smell from the pit. the shampoos and conditioners provided are not that great feels low quality.
Smell and atmosphere in room can improve
No local or international TV can be watched, The picture quality was very poor when switched on the TV. almost useless that a TV was there in the room. hotel should be concerned about the local TV entertainment for guests.
Wi-Fi shows active but no internet access and was not attended by staff when asked for assistance
Staff hesitated to provide coffee and tea sacshet packets in the morning
