This hotel is tired and needs an overhaul. The halls are dimly lit. The sign to my room had fallen off and one of the lamps in my room didn't have a lampshade. The carpet is decent but tired. Some of the ceiling tiles looked a little cracked. The elevator was old and one of them had graffiti on the walls. If breakfast was, in fact, available, it was tucked away and not very clear. I checked out as well as soon as I had changed my clothes and made myself presentable. I have been in 3 star hotels before, and this did not come close to expectations.

Bed was dirty with hair and other dirty particles for which I cancel my stay that same night… and now am having difficulty to get my money back for the night I didn’t stay.

Close to Downtown Charlotte (Spectrum Center, etc.). Workers were friendly and did as much as they were allowed to do.
Very Sketchy! Outside looks very unpleasant. Multiple Addicts/Sex Workers on property. Pool is advertised as “closed” but also very dirty (mold/sitting water). Seems to be a problem with the property management (maybe ownership) rather than anybody who works there.

The room felt damp musty moldy interfered with my breathing. Response to my concerns where changing room. Room was larger but had the same problems. Management thought it was a good idea to inform me that no other guest had a problem. I have know idea how that was supposed to help with my problem. I did not stay the night. Front desk clerk tried to be helpful, but manager not so much. I booked through a third party vender seems the manager felt because of that I didn't rate her top care.
Great quiet environment. Very clean. Loved it! Would come again.
Not enough carts.

Rooms need updating. Lots of people hanging out in lobby waiting to book another night, apparently may be living there temporarily. Breakfast was very sad, not very well stocked appears to be changing hands waited an hour and a half for the VAN to pick me up at the airport.
The price was decent for just one night
The beds were super uncomfortable, the hotel upon arrival was extremely hot and the room was hot as well no matter what you set the thermostat on. The room door did not latch very well so we used the top latch plus a chair in front of the door. The water in the shower will burn you, and the refrigerator was not cold. The beds are small and pillows are the size of throw pillows.
