This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room was poorly lit, the carpet was dirty, and the furniture was heavily scratched. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had urine stains. The bed was extremely lumpy, and the bedsheets looked like they had been flipped upside down—we could see the underside of the mattress cover.

To make things worse, instead of properly fixing holes in the walls, the hotel had stuffed toilet paper into them. The elevator button on the 3rd floor was broken, so the only way to go down was to take the emergency exit, which leads you outside, then re-enter the building just to reach the reception desk.

Take another hotel!!!!
Pros:

Everthing is old in this hotel, the floor is dirty and the walls and furniture in my room were damaged. The front door was broken. I was very glad that i had to stay only for one night.

Cancelled flight safe haven
Pros:

The stay was ok and as for it being a hotel, it is a solid 8 out of 10. I have had much worst. The staff was pretty good and very courteous towards us. The rooms are fine too but just lack the WOW factor in decor. Old door locks work but so dated. Breakfast was very good. More than expected. Shuttle service was fine and was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Last issue was the lobby temperature was way to cold! This was the breakfast area too and was not comfortable! Ice machine was out of order so we got some from Circle K gas station. And lastly, either have a bar or not but to have a non-functioning bar is a bad tease being promoted on the web pages about your location.

It was not the best stay
Cons:

The elevator didn’t work for 3 days and I was on the third floor! The breakfast was horrible nothing to choose from, they only had one washer and dryer, and the vending machines weren’t working! They tv went out for about 5 hrs no cable and on the website they offer late check out 1pm, I choose that option and was still told I had to check out at 11am

Clean sheets. Clean room. Quiet. Air con worked well

Cons:

Converter batteries held in by a piece of tape.- no back. Check in slow. Took ages. Continental breakfast- out of coffee. Out of waffle batter. Husband finished whole breakfast while I waited for attendant to bring me a cup of coffee and a cup of waffle batter from the back room.
