Terribile esperienza e prezzo non giustificato
Pros:

Le uniche due cose positive sono state la posizione centrale e l’attesa mento ricercato della camera.

Cons:

Partiamo col dire che definirlo un hotel non è corretto. In realtà è a tutti gli effetti un bed and breakfast, seppur di alto livello. La colazione non è a buffet nè è offerta in quantità accettabile, anzi è offerta una colazione striminzita (neanche ti lasciano la bottiglia d’acqua ma ti riempiono solo il bicchiere e poi si portano via la bottiglia) che ti lascia assolutamente affamato. Parte della struttura è dislocata in un altro edificio, pertanto per qualsiasi cosa devi farti qualche minuto a piedi per raggiungere gente la struttura principale. Le stanze sono dotate di finestre non adeguate: infatti, per due notti non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa del rumore che proveniva per quasi tutta la notte dalla strada; poi non ci sono tende ma solo solo delle vecchie tapparelle che di notte non impediscono all’illuminazione delle strade di entrare in camera. Anche tra i vari piani non c’è una buona insonorizzazione: per tutto il giorno/notte abbiamo sentito i passi dell’ospite della camera sovrastante. Il personale, tutto del sud est asiatico, a tratti è troppo invadente: un pomeriggio mentre cercavo di riposare hanno aperto la porta due inservienti per darmi senza motivo altre asciugamani, nonostante mi fossero già state date la mattina. Il ristorante della struttura è accessibile solo se vuoi mangiare un menù fisso con prezzi shock. Il locale cucina è ubicato nella soffitta della struttura principale e per arrivare sulla terrazza dove si tiene la misera colazione rischi varie volte di ferirti la testa a causa degli spazi angusti. In sintesi il prezzo pagato è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto a quanto la struttura merita davvero.

Luxury boutique hotel in an excellent location in the Old Town
Pros:

A true boutique hotel with luxurious touches. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, offering and providing complimentary coffees and soft drinks on check-in and check-out.

Cons:

The air conditioning struggles to keep rooms cold on hot summer days (doubtless because it is an old system). The rooms are a bit cramped and the room price is high.
